you need steering on the front and rear wheels, when turning, those wheels are pushed sideways. or better use omniwheels as the front and rear wheels since additional steering would complicate it, downside is you would lose significant traction.
I think your wheels should be changed to larger ones, and the arm length of the first set of wheels on the front axle, preferably twice the arm length of the second set of wheels, will make it easier to overcome obstacles, especially climbing stairs
bro u can create your own custom tie rod. what I did is, buy two fish eye bearing and two nuts, then i weld two nuts on end of square tube (u can use any method to join the nut and tube) and I attach the same bearing to the nut so I can adjust the length provided the inner dimension of tube must be greater than the diameter of our bearing. :)
