people laugh at me , but i start my sweet corn in my window, always have sweet corn to eat and freeze in june.
Talking about all the different species and names I've been looking for an old fashion okra called Jerusalem. I was given some seeds and have tried to save some each year and I'm running out of my seeds. I was wondering if you have heard of this kind and if so where I can purchase seeds? Thank you for a response.
Have not heard of that one, but seems like every year I hear of 3-4 varieties that are new to me. There are so many heirloom varieties floating around.
I think my buddy Jason@coghillfarm played an early April Fool’s Joke on you Travis.😀
I starting to believe that myself!
I’m not gona win anything with my Cherokee tan pumpkins lol and I need to order me some butter nut squash I wana try them
You might win something for the most plant foliage. Those Cherokee Tans will make some massive vines!
OH BROTHER, I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THAT GREEN HOUSE. IS IT EXPENSIVE?
Never ate or have seen Okra. Guess it’s not something here in California 🤷♀️
It was, before all the Asians and Mexicans arrived in the last 3 decades.
Also love the tools, Travis.
I live in Northern Oregon and I have always just sowed my squash seeds straight into my garden beds...they have always grown/ produced well
We direct-seed summer squash, but like to transplant the winter squash. But lots of folks do either with both.
