The scary part for black people getting pulled over (I'm black) is not shooting it's the fact when you try to get an answer for why you was pulled over they ignore it and probably call backup to pin you down and arrest you (not saying all cops are like this)

It’s Weird Because, Some Police Officers Would Call It “Resisting Arrest” If Try To Correct Them.
They could detain you for 48 hours with just suspicion of you. Basically they could hold you for two days without food or water for no reason.
