It was so infuriating waiting all season go see Lyra and Lee reunite and THIS is thrown in??? I was honestly livid, both of their reactions would have been amazing to see after the journey they've had to find each other ♡

Same I was so pissed off when he died. The whole of season 2 I wanted them both to make it through so lee could go on to become Lyra’s adoptive dad or something, now he’s dead I kind of don’t want Lyra to survive just so she can be with him again. Judging from the other comments it sounds like they will meet again but if it isn’t a permanent reunion I don’t want it 😭
And yet it's incredibly unfortunate that Lee and Lyra never met in season 2 and he never told her about how he loves her and how dear she is to him ... I hope someone will tell her that Lee really tried to the last help her...
Not me growing an emotional attatchment and seeing him almost as the father-figure I never had only for him to die💀
I wanted to cry about how much Lee is Lyra's dad and how fingers crossed they'll finally get to talk about it in S3, and man you delivered the waterworks. Awesome edit.

I can only imagine how many disgusting ships there are out there. They only two I know of are Hermione Granger and Severus Snape from Harry Potter series. And Tony Stark and Peter Parker from Marvel. How people do not see these ships as problematic is beyond me. Sorry for my rant.

I couldn't finish the first season. I really didn't like it. I tried watching it (5 or 6 episodes I watched) and the fourth (or the one where we meet Lee) is the best, because of him. I really didn't like it. But this. This video. Just amazing. If I hadn't watched some of the show already, and had no opinion of it, this would make me watch it, ngl. Amazing work!
