Jonathan's my elementary gym teacher's son. He graduated from my high school a few years ago. I remember seeing him play Charlie Brown in the high school play when I was in fourth grade... so he was a junior.

When I saw it 2 weeks ago, it was a saturday night, it was about 35 degrees and raining, and like 5 people from the cast came out (they were all great) but he was a standout. He came over to us and basically started a conversation, and he really gave us all of his attention it was great.
I met him yesterday! I saw Spring Awakening and then went to the stage door. He came out and I told him about how I came for my sweet sixteen. He was like "oh, happy birthday!" and then he told me he liked my matching scarf/gloves/hat. I really want to go back!
I met him on Thursday after I went to see Spring Awakening and I've never met someone so attentive and just so clearly adorable. I so love him even more now, not just for his craft as an actor and incredible talent but for him as a person. He's really such a nice person to meet. And he's like sooper hot, lol. Just sayin'!
Why is everyone discussing his sexuality? It doesn't matter, especially not after watching him perform this song so beautifully. He's a wonderful and talented performer, and he's a great person.
This really is a beautiful song, even though the play didn't do well. I just well up every time I watch this because Jon sings it with so much heart and tenderness. -sigh-

I just got cone doing a production of High School Musical at EPAC and he came and saw it considering his Cousin played Troy. He talked with us afterward and he said he liked my hair when I asked for a picture! Awesome!
yeah, he came back to my town like 2 months ago maybe. it was around april. he was only here for the weekend, but it was enough time for my town to get hella excited about it. he was really good at the benefit, too.
