I have been following Andrew Huberman, Bryan Johnson and others for more than a year now. I have lost 35 kgs of weight and I am healther then I ever was, well maybe I was healthier in my late teens but I'm trying to catch up to that. I'll say one thing that's worked wonders, SLEEP.
@ yeah going to the gym for that time line. Calorie deficit diet, haven’t really indulged in sugar at all. Drink tea bag wala tea without sugar. No burger, fries, pizza, biriyani, nan although i do have the occasional fried chicken or crispy chicken roll and coke but that’s like my only vice. Its good protein source so i have it. But fried stuff has high cholesterol, it better to have grilled meat if possible. I also walk for 15-20 minutes after every meal (thrice). I also see a dietitian which helped. Consistency is the key. Best of luck.
@@MandarpasaleAs you can tell it was a long process. I go to the gym do 5-6 days , for 1-2hrs. 15-20 minutes cardio and rest weight training. I follow Mukesh Gahlot, Jeet Selal, Jeff Nipards, Mike Isretel and other creators. Consistency is key. Currently I train biceps, triceps, chest and legs one day and biceps, triceps, back and legs the other day. Thats basically my routine. I joined a cross fit gym for some time and did some boxing, MMA, mui thai and other stuff. I change gyms every 3-4 months to keep things interesting. Good fun. Best of luck. Don't forget to get proper sleep. That is the key to living.
Against all social stigma, it’s true the more you know and practise the harder it gets wish everyone could support each other in their journey instead of just giving biased opinions and telling everyone how to live their life walk the path which you feel is right your body will guide you just listen to it. ❤
I wish Brian would mention the name of the company that does Vegan collagen. I'm vegan and have been buying a vegan collagen from Garden of Life but not sure if its the one Brian has found in his research.
Hi, It was a great podcast, a lot of learning. There's a lot of good I can speak of and probably make a list of good things on why this channel will continue to grow. However, one thing which may not be big for majority of the viewers, I can't help but alsoo look from a brand point of view. Amin, love your intellect and personality but the switch from your past videos were you address the guest with thank you, xyz or infact address yourselves has changed from 'we' to so much of 'i' approach. It's ofc understood when explaining or sharing an individual pov, but as whole you are a team and that seems to be missing now from the videos. I don't know in what better way to point it out but at core the brand, the podcast has grown as a 'we' four people representing the essence of it, while it may be yours it's a little disrespectful to have an 'i' approach then what was earlier a 'we' approach. Hope this can be taken in a good way from a long time viewer and a creative myself. Thanks! All the best. And kudos on this episode! India needs this.
28:54 Collagen peptides are just overpriced protein powders. If you’re on a budget or you just don’t want to have non-vegetarian supplements, you can totally skip on collagen peptides without any fomo. So, no matter what protein you eat, it’s broken down into amino acids during digestion and then your body uses these and builds the protein it needs. Directly ingesting collagen could be beneficial as it provides the amino acids in the exact ratio and portions required to prepare collagen in your body and your body probably does that. But if you got enough quality protein in your diet, you’ll probably be fine.
I'd agree that the majority of people do not need hydrolyzed collagen or collagen peptides but the science seems to suggest that it's very beneficial for skin and nail health. Probably only useful if people are already following a good diet protocol and have some extra cash. Read up on pubmed and double blind studies.
Really good conversation. Bryan mindset is something humanity actually needs for the greater good.
I love seeing Talmage more involved. They have such a great one-two punch relationship.
I am so grateful to hear this podcast. I feel I have lacked somewhere in my life but this podcast gave me something that I never asked for. Thank you.
Bro just set a whole new level to "Outdo yourself" .
