You fire the woodland mansion and then you find a obsidian and obsidian inside is Block of Dimoand
No need to do that much! You can find that if we break 2 blocks from anyside of top floor you can get diamond block if you are lucky...

Pro tip :- If you want to stop any zombie from despawning but you don't have any nametag, you can give zombie anything which he can hold in his hand like any block, tool, armour piece, etc thing in Minecraft
