The UK thinks it’s all sunshine and rainbows and people like this only exist on the movies. The UK is gullible!

The NHS is not fit for purpose. We need to copy a successful health care system like Germany. Start with the smaller health trusts and gradually the whole country. Bring in experts from Germany to do it.
It’s underresourced due to an overpopulation and poor salaries in the industry.

The day of the Westminster bridge attacks, I was getting discharged from St Thomas's Hospital after a month long stay on the cardiac ward. I was waiting to be picked up by my family and I decided to go for a walk to the riverside once my cannula was removed as I had been on the ward for so long. Fortunately where I was standing was not were it occurred but I was close enough to the commotion, I mainly saw police. I didn't realise the significance of the event until news coverage the day after.
Who are responsible ? It "understandable" so its okay ?? ... REALLY ??
Is that an excuse for his crimes?
Love Dr. Soham Das!! Mandatory medication should be in place. He should be in Prison!
This families should be sue the healthcare in the government
The government who used to be in power should be sued for not supporting the mental health services.
the CQC are clueless about the realities of the job in hand
This is an indication of mental health service declining....
is that Trisha ??
he should not have been here........
The patient does here msinly negative voices and sadly the treatment is very tough snd long term damage
The poor nurse who escorted him!
Wasn’t he on a student visa as well?

@@truebelief3631 Likely to be correct, his formative years were shaped in western environment. I think it is offensive and disrespectful placing emphasis on his immigrant background. The lad was sectioned 4 times; on arrest warrant ; been in and out mental health facilities for 3 years. Surely the focus should be on the multiple agencies failures and supporting the grieving families!

This just stinks of victim blaming.
Mh risk assessment can be very tough if they r insightful
My view on this is that any Schizophrenic or psychotic individual that has been instructed to take antipsychotic medication for their illness who fails to take it and then in a psychotic episode murders someone, should not be allowed to claim diminished responsibility. They had a responsibility to taoe their medication. And they willingly ignored that responsibility.
medication is not a cure it just makes them feel good, but it has horrible side effects, like making the eyes roll over, and they cannot walk they need help like a blind person.
medication does not change their thinking.
@@jameswatson5807 For autism-related reasons I've been on different antipsychotic medications myself in the past and could walk fine. I think you are referring to the extra pyramidal side effects that are possible. But in most cases that's a result of upping the doses too quickly instead of starting small and increasing slowly. And it doesn't necessarily affect someone taking them. It's just a possibility that it might affect them.
@@cultfiction3865 Nope this is common my mother and siter brother are all mental illness.
They took meds their eyes roll over, I thought with my mum the eyes rolling over was part of the illness.
But when it came to my brother years later, his eyes rolled over they told us that is a side effect.
That is common my siter does not like it makes it hard for her to walk, you have to understand these people are not in there right states.
They do not know they are sick or understand it my sister believe a evil society is created to taker her down.
so in her head she might stop taking it based on her delusion.
So bored of hearing about ""Anxiety & Depression""...load of cack.

NHS is too big and got the wrong kind of people that work in it.We need private integration within the NHS and at the same time cancel the employment made by the NHS of which they can employ a limit to part timers only
Which US medical insurance firm paid you to type this garbage?
He's lucky I had a mental breakdown I was a danger to myself and to others and they wouldn't even section me not that I wanted it
NO BODY GET IN 15 MINUTE TIME TO EXPLAIN BUY PHONE ,AND RECIVE HELP FROM TERAPIT
Why were he and his family in UK? If they'd stayed in Africa, none of this would have happened.
Mental health doesn't discriminate. There are plenty of Valdo's out there, his ethnicity has nothing to do with it. Behave!
Is that Harrison Ford?😮
The systems do nothing but let people down and am not just ref mental health its all the services.

Is that a black kate garraway 😂😂. Starmer dropped the ball by calling anyone protesting the children’s deaths Far Right in some peoples eyes. A LOT of people feel that way, although I know GMB have their own agenda. Richard is so detached, it has got traction but we will have ti wait 4 years for it to play out.
Not being bad I seen this nut case on the street .. Thought he was on drugs .. Glade I kept my distance .. Moved out off the area .. Karma ..

There is always a rascinal explanation 😂
Sometimes, the society and government institutions make the parent handicapped by restricting discipline requirements without creating a balance between discipline and disorder and disproportionate punishment of a child.
No you have this all wrong its Valdo that has blood on his hands - nobody else.
Black is always innocent.
so if some one spiked your drink with a drugs, and you went off a violent rampage. Is the blood on your hands or the person who spike the drink.
@@jameswatson5807 The worst analogy ever bro. But the blood would still be on your hands both literally and figuratively.
we need a huge investment in preventative care across the board. cant just wait till people are physically and mentally at breaking point. its more expensive and it pushes people t get worse t get help. by which point they have lost faith in the help and systems and dont engage as much
Having mental problems brought on by the care Systerm and being black and trying to get therapy in UK isn't a easy ride, Am with merseycare with BPD and ptsd 20 years plus no therapy I was born here uk and it's service are racist Systerm. You no it I no it,

Okay but he knew what he was doing ? he sent texts to his family saying what he was going to he PLANNED it he knew fell what what he was doing at the time I really don't get how he got away with playing the mental health card how much more proof do you need someone's aware of what they are doing than actual written evidence ?
so you are an expert on mental health, you have this idea just because you are mad you cannot us ethe phone.
You cannot act this he was in and out of the mad house, there is no way you want to be in there for 6 months and over and over.

Did he chose to do narcotics?
@@Slumbert if he did or didn’t I don’t think anyone takes narcotics with the express purpose of developing psychosis

@@sparklingwater1430 but are taking the chance, and that can in many ways hurt others and society.
Yes. Lots of people with mental health issues end up self-medicating. Newsflash: a lot of prescription meds for mental health problems have unpleasant and debilitating side-effects. They might even make you feel worse than your already miserable symptoms. Some people choose alcohol or drugs to make themselves forget how horrible they feel. I don't know how much of a choice you could honestly say they have - they are severely damaged people, who are desperately trying to feel better somehow, in a society that alternately neglects, patronises and demonises them.
Narcotics can induce psychosis!!
This is what happens when you turn your back on the Living God.
