And I agree with you that many times, even most of the time we feel that God is not close to us, he is not listening, he doesn't want us. But those are feelings that based on lies the enemy fed our mind with, it's not our thoughts and most importantly it is not true. God doesn't need our long good impressing talk, he is already in work in your life, one day we will understand why we seem to go through unending suffering. Just recently I went through near death experience, when I had a sever allergic reaction that could end my life. Before this experience I was yelling at God saying "you don't listen" but when I went hospital between life and death, I saw him, he explained to me that he always there with me, never left or will leave me. He said that my problem that I can't feel peace is that I don't truely believe in etarinty , and i don't take his promises seriously , so I keep asking for what I crave for in this world , and I get frustrated when I don't get what I want the way I want it. He is true, He is love, He gives us what is good for our etarinty, He sustains us in this life. I love this passage from Scripture. Titus 2 (11-14)
"We are the most valuable thing God ever produced. " Yeah, that's hard for me to believe about myself and some people I know but when I think about the enemy and how he will do anything to destroy any human, I know the worth. Jesus died for us. The war is definitely for us and we are so limited in our ability to understand yet it's like the Father decided He would include us in the war for ourselves and let us learn how to stand in battle against enemies with Him. He died to give us the power to stand with Him and fight for ourselves. When will we take up our crosses and fight with Him for ourselves? We just lull around and want to be spoon fed while there's beyond a cosmic war for our lives and souls & the Father doing everything He can to save us.

What an interesting thought. Our body is the temple but His breath is His spirit. It's like Jesus came to rescue His breath; the precious spirit of Himself. Mankind stumbled, faulted, crashed. Who shall I send to save mankind? The body, temple, vessel has been defiled. Who will go and rescue my breath?

And I agree with you that many times, even most of the time we feel that God is not close to us, he is not listening, he doesn't want us. But those are feelings that based on lies the enemy fed our mind with, it's not our thoughts and most importantly it is not true. God doesn't need our long good impressing talk, he is already in work in your life, one day we will understand why we seem to go through unending suffering. Just recently I went through near death experience, when I had a sever allergic reaction that could end my life. Before this experience I was yelling at God saying "you don't listen" but when I went hospital between life and death, I saw him, he explained to me that he always there with me, never left or will leave me. He said that my problem that I can't feel peace is that I don't truely believe in etarinty , and i don't take his promises seriously , so I keep asking for what I crave for in this world , and I get frustrated when I don't get what I want the way I want it. He is true, He is love, He gives us what is good for our etarinty, He sustains us in this life. I learnt when I pray I don't actually talk, I try to listen to his soft voice, while I am hearing a worship or reading the Bible or sometime just setting there closing my eyes focusing my mind on one truth : He is with me. I realised there is no point of talking, I surrender myself to him, and he does what he sees good for me. I was in your place just 2 weeks ago, I feel what you feel, I will be praying for you.
