    Close your eyelids.
    Breathe in-
    feel the air fill your chest,

    Breathe out-
    release what lingers.
    You are here, now.
    Present.
    In this stillness, ask yourself:
    What have I been holding too tightly?
    Where have I let fear shape my choices?
    Let the answers come softly, without judgment.
    Breathe in again.
    Feel the weight of your own truth,
    how it rises like ripples on calm water.
    What do you need to forgive?
    What do you need to let go?
    As you breathe out, imagine release-
    like leaves drifting off a tree.
    Let them fall away.
    Watch them disappear into the earth.
    Now ask:
    What is calling me forward?
    What have I been too afraid to dream?
    Hold that vision gently.
    See it.
    Feel it.
    Breathe in possibility-
    let it fill every part of you.
    Breathe out doubt, fear, hesitation.
    They have no place here.
    In this space of stillness and truth,
    you are both the question and the answer,
    the seed and the bloom.
    You already hold what you seek.
    Breathe in peace.
    Breathe out intention.
