I love that you're showing this excellent performance with the absolute cheapest range ammo. You sold me on the Mediator and I'm in the market for another Gideon product now. Just have to decide which one... So many great options!!
The sound you made after you dropped that optic was exactly what my brain thought. Thank you for doing reviews on gear the common folk can afford, especially in this world of transitory, where's my ice cream, bidenomic new cost of living.
With all that empty space under the reticle, they could add some more bullet drop crosshairs and make it a 1000yd scope. Seems like a lot of scopes stop at 500 when they don't have to.
I have a question u may or may not know the answer to but i had purchased a Diamondback db10 in 308 put a triggertech diamond in it and planned on buying some different sized barrels with corresponding upper to have the ability to swap uppers if i want tochange from a scope to thermal or red dot without removing scopes . Had a 16 inch barrel i thought i wanted a 20 inch barrel for my thermal so i purchased another upper with a 20 inch barrel attached in 308 from PSA. After 2 months finally got everything i needed to outfit the scope and accessories then went to swap uppers and i realized the PSA didnt fit. At the rear takedown pin the uppers comes down at a nice smooth curve which looks very nice but my db10 lower has more of a angled cut so the rounded part of the upper doesnt join up with the angled part of the lower so they wont even come close to dropping the pin through. Just wanted to ask what that is called or if theres a term used to describe that rounded cut vs the angled one so when i go to purchase a lower to fit the PSA upper i just want to be sure i got all my ducks in a row. Ihad bought a couple 556 psa barrels never had a problem mounting to any of my ar15 lowers just wanted to ask if u might know what terminology i should be looking for to mean either angled or curved cut and is that the only difference i need to be aware of? If u answer thank u for taking time to read it i know its a doozy of a question just didnt know how to explain it properly or even how to ask the question correctly into google to find out.I
if you are looking at the vortex site then yes its going to be 3999, that's just what vortex does. Bass Pro, SPortsman, Optics planet all have it at 2,499+ @@jeffhuntley2921
@@jeffhuntley2921 another thing is that vortex inflates their prices because they have a point system with companies where they can trade in points for vortex. they have high prices on their website to make those stores try and sell more vortex products to get them points
Brother, that home on the range!! 🔥 Love it!!

Editing is looking good. Liked how you cut from the tests to shooting at the beginning of the video
