As a matter of fact from my experience every time I lost my job nag EI ako at umunlad pa ako sa next job ko.. You are a smart and educated person and this is part of a learning process. Aside from Nordstrom, pati Bed Bath & Beyond is closing this March. Ganun talaga, unpredictable and not so secured job dito but easy to find new naman eh. I was also laid off (part of a mass lay off) from a big pharmaceutical company here in Toronto and worked there for 10 years. Even my manager who worked there for 37 years kasama sa lay off when a new management took over. Ang importante you had a great work experience and learned from it. Basta hindi naman mapili, madaling makahanap ng bagong trabaho. But there are times need din mag relocate for lesser competition on a certain industry sa tina target na position.

Its really ongoing dito din ang ibang Nordstrom mag sara din kasi inflation ngayon thats ok keepwatching and applying minsan sa mga nursing homes for temporary secretarial jobs check mo lang kasi sa inflation medical lang ang d nag close or rehabilitation centers sa recreation dept nila ok din teaching residents or reading them books or piano if hospitals also in their every dept has secretaries or scheduling dont feel bad just keep going anyway you only have a few months left for school to be done just tighten belt but theres a lot still will open for you

I live in the same province in the Capital of the province 300 km to the North. There is no problem being laid off for an entry level employee. Which Emma is. There are so many jobs available. If you can't find a new job by the next day, you aren't looking very hard. Many employers have Help Wanted Ads in their windows, especially for a retail employee. The only negative is going through the hassle of finding a new job. There is very little paperwork to fill out, getting a job. You solely have to fill out one very short form to get a new job called a TD1. There is no little waiting to find out if you have been hired. And not unusual to be offered a job at the time you are applying for the job. Often you start the next day.

OK lang iyan, maraming puwedeng pasukan. Normal lang ang palipat-lipat ng trabaho diyan hanggang sa makuha mo iyong best job for your career and family. May unemployment benefits naman. Daming trabaho sa first world, tao ang sumusuko sa dami ng trabaho. Di tulad sa Pinas, puro Endo at mahirap makakuha ng trabaho na sapat ang kita.

hello yes its is... kami po ng family ko na ibenta na namin ang bahay dto sa canada to think asawa sa oilfield for15 yrs maganda naman kita pero grabe naninterest rate 6% to 7% na sa housing cost of living is insanely high na po..so we decided na we already have a profit in our house we moving to philippines.. kse may option naman po sayang ang mga lupain na need na gamitin..di naman po purket canada ang sarap ng buhay natin dto..
Si Hubby nalang muna ang maiwan mag work sa canada while me n my son sa pinas.. mas makaka save kami at mas ma eenjoy ang pera namin..

It happened to me all the time, every time I got laid off, the next one is better. As you have told a law firm is interested in you, I believe you are a lawyer.? In the meantime collect EI . Canada is a best place in the world . I experience that one when I lost my job but they are still in your back to help and make you grow again . Kaya laban lang .
Ang daming work- basta hindi ka mapili- Canadian Experienced- magamit mu yan in the future- kase naman ate Atty kana sa Pinas pumunta kapa..ang hirap pag abogado ka- Doctor ka sa Pinas. maging toxic lang buhay mu pag di ka sanay.
