Oh my.....you had me in stitches this week Malcolm ......Claras choice of conifer....was bound to produce some smutty remarks...haha.....Welcome back Clara by the way....lovely to see you back. Amanda filming the veggies....haha... love Amanda's sense of humour. Great to have another tour of the nursery.....everything is coming on so well. I think those sweet peas should be divided into two bunches, one given to the Mother-in-law because keeping her happy is always a good thing and the other bunch to Lisa.....because after all, she has a lot to out up with....haha. Take care everyone
I think mother-in-laws are important Charlotte.....in case you need to know what your wife will likely turn into.....in my case I’ve a lovely one....despite being a Yorkshirewoman. Amanda is a posh person and is considered Claras Garden mother, but in actual fact Claras from posh stock also....the rest of us are just peasants! I gave them to Lisa in the end, today’s to an elder lady that fainted in the garden, and the next one can go to mother-in-law. We get a good bunch every two or three days so I can keep all the ladies satisfied....there’s a first time for everything I guess......Very best wishes....Malcolm

She is a real beauty and should make your work easier. In your next video you will have to reveal who you gave those sweet peas to. Inquiring minds want to know. Keep the videos coming!

Welcome back Clara looking very professional all kitted up with new tools! Thanks for another fantastic tour of the gardens, all the plants are looking amazing. I love all the perennials beginning to look their best. I am Looking forward to you filming your work on the alpines.

I hope they both have as enjoyable lives in the industry as I have had.....I’ve had enough now, but I’m slightly envious of them starting out. I would do exactly the same thing again given life over.....If they are not afraid to move or travel, the world will be there for them.....they can come home again later, they both have loving families which helps I guess. Best wishes...Malcolm
HAND TRUCK ANECDOTE: One time my parents bought a few bags of gravel and when they took one out of the trunk of the car and dropped it onto the supine hand truck, it bounced up and hit my Mom in the forehead, bad enough for her to go to the ER where she needed a few stitches. Then they interrogated them both, suspecting my Dad was guilty of domestic abuse. Also, re racing pigeons: authorities are hunting for them because they might spread corona virus. 🙄 Really, these are the best videos on UA-cam. ❤️🌱
Poor Clara, I feel bad for last week, you was doomed for failure with bad seeds. I hope all your employees make it back safe and sound like Thomas and Clara. The sky footage was great, that huge dark tree was a magnificent standout on the property. Ya'll use the new un boxed toy in good heath and high spirits...
Don’t feel bad for her Judy....it only encourages her to sniff around for sympathy. She’s been doing an exercise today called the ‘plank’....they all have. I sometimes look and wonder if the lights are on, but they have all been happy enough laying on the potting shed floor being planks. Between that, a huge repertoire of Tic Toc dance moves, and pushing John around on my new sack truck.....I think she actually did some work 😳😳😳

I worry about the rise of the new puritans today, they are increasingly humourless and intolerant of others, or anyone whose moral compass differs from their own.....unless they’re from a minority or ethnically different group, then anything is acceptable because it allows them to flaunt their patronising cultural understanding (appropriation)......Sorry BonsEYE.....it’s a thing of mine at the moment.......I’ll get back to a few nob jokes in the weeks to come!.....very best wishes....Malcolm

Keep on growing and planting, doesn't matter what.
Thank you for the information....a lot of Australians came from the UK.....most of my mother’s family are there, they moved from Scotland in recent decades.....many of my fathers family also, but I’m not sure they had much choice in it.....I have so many Australian friends over the years, we just get on, I think it’s the humour, but they do make my life a misery at times, especially being a cricket lover.....all good fun. Very best wishes.....Malcolm
Hi Malcolm and team do you recommend anywhere I can get some roses plz . you make me laugh stay safe God bless
Probably David Austin directly....or Beals. Depends how fancy you want to go, they are so expensive. We’re it me I’d get them from Parker’s catalogue where they are about 20% the price. But I know a very good independent rose grower in Pickering, North Yorkshire....Rogers nurseries. Huge range of rarer roses. Speak to Ian Rogers. ....Best wishes....Malcolm
Thank Malcolm i will take your advice and have a look at the ones you have said . godbless
Where do you get those it’s for the veg your growing the lettuces in? I can’t find them anywhere!
I get them from PG horticulture here in UK....but they are wholesale really....we bought a pallet of around 70....they are more expensive than standard pots being shorter and wider than is conventional. I have a feeling they are made in Holland or possibly Germany......I will look into it if people keep wanting them......we are selling them at £16 each including vat but they will last many many years. I will put the dimensions in a coming video.....best wishes....Malcolm
§Clara tra le tue mani, l'abete, si "riprenderà" subito.. Ciao.
I don’t know what that means Gaetano......but if it’s about Clara I will just tell her it means “She has a face like a dung beetle”.....she won’t know any different 😂.....best wishes...Malcolm
@@plantsmanscorner128 "I love" beetles.
Master, I congratulate you for the videos, which I watch and download regularly, a moment of leisure, and serenity, which only give plants! and the beautiful garden, full of beautiful plants.
I don't know, if not for a few words, English.
Thanks.
Gaetano Saija
Your English is far better than my Italian Gaetano. I am genuinely ashamed if my lack of other languages....the only one I seem to understand is ‘bad’ language. Thank you for your kind comment...best wishes...Malcolm
clad was a Romanian Prince who fought against Turkish occupation and is a national hero in Romania - he impaled the turks on large spikes as a warning to the forces of occupation
I vote for the shepherds pie option
So did I......Shepherds pie is my favourite.....though strictly speaking it’s cottage pie as it’s made with beef.....but I’m not telling her that or I’ll not get another one. Best wishes....Malcolm

Vlad the Impaler was the man on which the Dracula legend was based. He impaled people 😳
He had the forest cut down around the castle and the trunks made into points to impale the army of his political rivals. He wanted to hear them moaning. They were impaled in a particular way, avoiding major organs and arteries, so that they lived for as long as possible in absolute agony.
Vladimir the Great, Prince of Kiev
It's Vlad not Vladimir
I will pass that on to the pigeon......and apologise for any offence caused. We don’t actually know if he’s a she or not.....is there a female form of Vlad? ....Best wishes...Malcolm
@@plantsmanscorner128 absolute honest Malcolm,I don't give toss about if you call it Vlad or Vladimir. 🤣 There is female Slovakian version of Vlad The Impaler. She was called Lady Bathory and she used to bath in maidens blood until villagers fcked her up🤣. Keep these videos coming, something to look froward every Sunday. Good work Al of you( except Clara😛-joking) looking forward seeing you soon and getting some more conifers home.
