She was adamant that we should get a female since our other rescue cockatiel is a 15 year old female and mating would likely be harmful. Sure, a mistake could have been made but doubtful, the younger cockatiel has all the physical traits of a female but is vocal and will sing some. She acts female otherwise. I’m not an expert myself though.
I tried teaching this song to our female African Grey named Cookiette because it's similar to her name and she loves talking and now my whole family loves this
