Well the feds been cooking this for a while now . 56 arrested in San Juan in one day on dec 11th , now chimi on the 29th , they have probably wanted to charge the dude with other things but could only get him on possession so it seems like 10 years for each count is a lot but that’s only because they on paper arresting him for possession really they have links to him and probably wide array of charges but they don’t have evidence in a court setting or it just hinders further operations to out that information.
