Great job on your Maynia starts! Please talk about Disney more! I've never been and need to live vicariously through you! Have a great stitchy week, girls! ❤️❤️
I love the videos you two do! I can hardly wait for Saturday to come around! I had knee surgery 10 days ago and have been in a bit of pain! Your video today brightened my life so much! I even had giggles! You will never know how happy my heart gets watching! And believe me I watch over and over! Thank you so much for taking time out of very busy schedules to share with all of us watching! Very excited for up coming tours. I got my Queen Bee Flowers pattern yesterday and I’m so excited to start! Wishing you a wonderful week!
Just now watching todays show. My grandson that was due on June 5th, decided to make an early entrance at 12:20am on May 1st. Weighing only 5.6 lbs and 20 inches but he's doing okay. They did put him in the NICU last night as he wasn't getting enough nourishment and getting jaundice. He is doing good, probably better than mom and dad! Amazing how quickly and deeply you can fall in love. Just love watching you two as you inspire me to stitch on, and on!
Love your show. You both have inspired me to start cross stitching again. I think the next Chalk on the Farm could be a Strawberry Farm for the long hot summer days.
I was in California this past week too. I was traveling alone and got lucky on my flight from DFW to Sacramento, I had window seat exit row and NOBODY ELSE sitting beside me! SCORE! I got out my stitching, spread it all out in my row, stuck my headphones in, started a movie and Maynia-ed. On my return trip on Friday, I had a 3 hour layover in DFW and had the whole gate to myself for a couple hours. Now that's traveling stitching style in all it's glory! Thanks for helping me stay on Maynia track. I'm peddling as fast as I can but determined to stay in the race! Looking forward to watching you stitch this week!
Another great video! My Saturday wouldn’t start off right if I didn’t watch you guys. You’re so much fun! I’m going to take a guess on the next farm and say it’s “spring chicks farm” 🐥 🐣 gotta have lots of chickens for Chelsea!
Great video! You ladies are busy with “Maynia”- don’t know how you keep it all in order!! I am not doing Maynia, but I do enjoy seeing all your projects. You have a great assortment of patterns to work through, and I have seen a few that I would like to do as well. Happy stitching, ladies!!
Hi Girls, it’s been so long since I have been able to watch floss tube. So good to see you both. Chelsea you look terrific and as always you both are beautiful Stitcher’s. Thanks for sharing!
My husband and I LOVE Disney. Just have not gone in so long and we're up there in age :-). Think it's time. Your bags, wips and finishes are beautiful. You both have such great aura! You're fun to watch and listen. Thank you for sharing.
I’ll be waving hello next week from the Beach and Yacht Club at Disney World 💕 Bringing my xs but have to keep it away from the suntan lotion! Thanks for all you do to make your podcast so much fun!
First thing I do on Saturday while eating breakfast is watch your video. You both are so funny and inspiring. Love all your things your working on. Priscilla I was raised in San Diego. I lived in a area called Paradise Hills close to National City. In the summer we lived at the beach. Silver Strand Beach mostly. We were avid water skiers. Loved your video. Looking forward to seeing both of your gardens.
Please oh please do a Disney video!!! And your stitching is wonderful, as usual. Loving those starts! Happy stitching! Now- GO - Priscilla & Chelsea do Disney ( does that sound bad?)!
Hello ladies!! Another wonderful video! I'm also a Disney fanatic and love staying on the grounds. But back to stitching, I have done my first coffee tea dyed with 18ct Aida and I am now an official convert!! I just love the results!! Thank again for the video on this technique!❤
Hi from San Diego - I'm glad you had a great week here! We haven't been to Farmer's Table yet, thanks for the recommendation. I live just north of there. I wish we had stitching shops here! I'm from Chicago and I remember the lack of spring - East coasters get all the spring beauty with cherry blossoms, dogwoods, etc. Here we have desert blooms and full waterfalls - best time to visit Yosemite is the spring. Welcome home and have a great week!
Thanks for a great video. I become so enthusiastic after watching. I'm off now to pull out a pattern in time out that have 5 colors close together in shades so it's hard to follow. I'll muddle through. 😀
Hi there! I live in Southern California and plan my day around the traffic so I don’t get stuck sitting on the freeway. And yes, our freeways are crazy. There are sections that are eight lanes wide in just one direction! The first year I moved here, I rear ended someone on the 405. It didn’t seem like a bad accident at the time, but my suv was totaled. It doesn’t take much to do that to an older car. On the bright side, I only live 30 minutes from Disneyland. We loved going when our kids were little and we love going there as a couple. There is something for everyone. We also have some great LNS in So Cal. The next time you are here let me know and I’ll let you know where to go. And if you are brave enough to get into my car after I’ve admitted to totaling my previous one, I’ll drive you around. Thank you for another enjoyable video! Monica
Another fun video. I am not really doing stitch maynia bc I will be at a quilt retreat next week!!! I am doing a few new starts this month though. You are both inspiring and enabling. So fun!
You 2 make my Saturdays like so great...I laugh so much! Your the ones that inspired me to get back to cross stitching & now I am hooked on Flosstube videos. I love how you changed the bees & the way you are stitching around instead of across. Prairie Schooler Santa with the chicken is going to be my next buy! The Tra-La-La & Welcome to the Forest deer ones are so cute. I so would like to be a cross stitch hoarder...heehee! Stitching Social talks about Disney just as much Chelsea. Okay...when you say double dunk do you let it dry twice & put it in the oven twice between dunks or not?
Great video, so glad you had a great trip! I’m actually traveling home from San Diego today! So pretty here. I did find a needlepoint shop in La Jolla and got some fancy floss but that’s it 😞. Thanks for sharing your stitching and have a great weekend!
Oh my gosh those bags are so cute! I'm sort of doing Stitch Maynia...I did get a few projects kitted up...even finally got a project kitted up that I've had in my stash for over 20 years. And I'm not starting a new project everyday, but will probably just start 2 new projects a week instead. Happy stitching!
Love your comment on stitching where and when you can. I stitched MOST of wtnt word play in my car while my former house ( that was for sale), was showing! 🤣✂️🤪
Hmmm. I am wondering if the next Chalk on the Farm in the series might be a strawberry farm. If so, I might need to stitch it for my cousin who actually has a strawberry farm in Cadwell, Georgia.
We are Disney Family too! We just got back from Disneyland and Aulani in Hawaii. You would love it! We also enjoyed Disney Cruise last May. Thank you for your videos.
Aw thanks so much for the shoutout! Y’all are the sweetest! Chelsea I was just looking at those new chicken patterns with the baby chicks and thinking of you! Great video as always! ❤️
Oh my Gosh, if I eve learn how to edit I am going to take all of Prescilla's excited expressions and make a montage. It would go viral!!! Thank you for sharing. I love watching you interact with one another and love all the things! Happy Maynia!
Another great video! You may have already answered this, but I have a question. When you kit up projects, do you put all the thread with that kit? How do you keep your thread in the projects? bags, bobbins, thread drops? Also, do you have multiple skeins of thread for the kits? If you are using Hickory Sticks in more than one project, do you have a skein in each project?
Yep I knew Calvin was softening towards you, could see it in the IG photos:) I have a birthday on 13th July Chelsea. Didn't realise it was black Friday this year, oohh:(( it can be so cold here in N.Z. that time of year. Loved seeing your Maynia projects. Really inspiring.
Hey ladies great video as always.. i am with with ya on the whole Disney thing!!! My husband took me to Disneyland for the very first time for my 30th birthday.... I'm OBSESSED!!
Another fun video!! My daughter and her family live in No. Cali and the traffic there scares me!! But someone else said they grew up in San Jose which is just down the road from my daughter and that the So Cali traffic scares her! Yikes!! Glad you’re home safe and sound Priscilla! I love visiting my west coast kiddies but LOVE coming back home ❤️🌸❤️
Glad you had a great time here in California.Yes some of those san diego streets are SCARY. All the semi's are on the freeway, and they are crazy drivers, that think they own the road!! JMO You both have so many cute charts,if only there were more hours in my day,but alas it's gardening season,so a lot of time will be spent outside. Have a GR8 weekend you 2,& happy stitching.
I love Disney, when I went I stayed at Port Orleans, Riverside , was 8 years ago now, May 2010. Hope to go back one day to Disney for my little girl to go. Lovely starts on Maynia stitching! x
To help keep your nails clean when gardening, run your fingers over a bar of soap with your nails before you put your gloves on. This way they are full of soap and the dirt can't get in and when you have finished you just wash it out. Love the changes you made to the May piece and beautifully finished as always
Lovely video as always, ladies! Really enjoying seeing your maynia starts. Chelsea, can't wait to see your start on Jack's bash. Have that one in my stash and love it. Not sure if you all have a Kirkland's near you or not, but they have the most adorable pickup truck for fourth of July that I could totally see you using in a finish, Priscilla. Has fireworks in the back of it...adorable! You should check it out. 😁
As always I love your video. I sent a small package. The things I send have usually never been used. I’m trying to de stash and I keep buying. It’s a sickness. I laughed out loud at the look on Priscilla’s face about the mom to be comment. Thank y’all for taking the time to make videos. I just love them.
When you go to Disney do you visit any stitching shops? I recommend The Crafty Framer in Largo, between Tampa and Clearwater about 1 1/2 hour away... and Brick City in Ocala. I always visit The Crafty Framer when I go on vacation twice a year because where I live there are no LNS in Georgia
I made seasonal project bags for my projects just using fabrics from my stash. Nothing fancy just a drawstring at the top. This way I know what is in each bag. Just grab and go!!! I am also a Disney lover! Been there a few tumes. We stayed on property. Easier to get around.
Love all your wips and Maynia starts and your finished May is so adorable!! I also love Disneyworld!!! I have been there only 5x, plan to go back some day!!!! Priscilla, I would have face timed my daughter also, as I walked through questionable neighborhoods. Glad you had a wonderful time! Happy Maynia stitching you two!! Lynn
Just curious: I know you attach your stitched pieces and fabric backing to sticky board, but do you always glue the stitched piece to the background fabric, or do you ever glue magnets and washers to the finished piece and backing so you can swap those out too? (I hope that makes sense.)
We went to Disney World the 1st week in April my niece and Nephew Marched with thier school in the Disney Parade. We stayed 3 Days at Port Orleans Riverside( the kids loved that pool with waterfall) and 2 Days at Art Of Animation. We all love Disney also Great plans for Maynia really cute patterns. Chelsea that babies room is going to be adorable.. Happy stitching ladies
Loving the progress. I didn't join maynia since I have 23 WIPs already lol One of them is Beggar's 4th....love and bought that whole series. I chose colors from Victorian Motto Sampler Shoppe in her Patriotic colorway.
OMG, thanks for answering my Disneyworld question!!! I could talk about Disney all day too. I am 69 and my kids said we are going again next year!!! We have been many times and have stayed at Wilderness Lodge, Polynesian, and Fort Wilderness cabins(have to rent golf carts, that's half the fun). Thanks for thoughts on Port Orleans, I had a feeling we would not like it as well. Hope you have done the Hoop De Doo review, we have been twice, lol. Oh no, I could go on forever too !!!!!
Hi, Connie! The golf carts, yes! So fun zipping around Fort Wilderness (the campground) and all around the resort! My crew loves Port Orleans but there is a lot of walking back and forth to bus stops and the dining area. The pool at Port Orleans is a family favorite. Hoop De Doo! Have you ever had so much fun in such a "corny" atmosphere!? Love it!
I double dunked some fabric this weekend! ❤️. I’m wondering where to buy sticky board. Where is it in the craft stores? I can’t wait to try a finish with it.
Hi from La Salle, IL! I binge watched most of your videos last week, so glad I caught you live today. I bought all of the CHALKS FOR THE HOME patterns and the first CHALK ON THE FARM series pattern. Just waiting on my fabric. You girls are so funny and talented! Chelsea, huge congratulations on your pregnancy. Priscilla, your laugh is infectious. I could go on...
I thought I commented but not seeing it. Are there any stitch a longs going on right now or soon? I like 18 and 22 count Aida. Even weave is good too. Nothing over 28 count. I have one I’m doing on 32 count linen and it’s difficult lol
I used to live in San Diego. I can’t believe you walked through that area for your Starbucks! And more than once??!! I think I would have waited til my hubby got off to drive me! Lol 😆
Love your Video - Great WIPS And Starts And Finishes. You are looking really good Chelsea. Priscilla - I am so glad that you are back safe and sound from your Trip. Sounds like you had a good time. Have A Great Stitching Week XX ❤️
Another great video! I loved hearing about your adventures at Disney World. What are your favorite restaurants at Disney World and menu items at those restaurants? What are your “must get” treats when visiting each park?
I LOVE all the Disney talk...keep it coming!!! In fact my daughter is there right now on her Senior trip!!! Can I ask where the cleanest bathrooms are so I can relay the info to her...LOL!! 😜
We are in Disney World this week and having a blast, but it has rained most of the time. Love all of your Maynia projects....good luck! I get anxiety just watching everyone with their starts!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Disney World! My parents used to take us to DisneyLAND every year when we were kids also. When I got married, we went to Disney World for our honeymoon!! OMG!!! I would have LOVED to have gotten married at Disney World. I got married in 1976 and never even gave a thought to whether I could have done that. Lucky you!! Love your videos and look forward to them every week.
Question please...how do you go about "baking" your coffee stained fabrics in the oven? do you put it on a cookie sheet or directly on the wire rack? how does it not get burned? Thanks.
Tammy Whaley we put parchment paper down on a baking sheet and oven is at 200 so very low temp. We also push fabric down so there’s not huge lumps in it to avoid burning. We show the process in our tea/coffee dying tutorial ❤️
Priscilla & Chelsea thanks. I recently joined you so I will have to go search this. I have always used Monaco and coffee stained my fabric but outside in the hot sun, never in the oven.
Thanks again. You were driving in the wrong area I guess. Here in the Inland Empire of Southern California there are LOTS of trucks and semis...LOTS. Also NOT too many Cross Stitch shops 😕. I am a visual person and seeing material on line does not help me at all. I'm from the mid-west but have lived out here for 40 years... wow.🤤 There are some really beautiful places in California. It's a big state.. ☺ Hopefully someday you can get to the Central California Coast. Our favorite. I also appreciate all your tips and ideas as well as the patterns and charts you choose. It helps to inspire me to keep stitching which I love to do so much. Have a great week. 💕
Cottage Gardener I live in Riverside. There was a shop in Garden Grove. Last time I visited a couple or 3 years ago there wasn't much left of it. They had moved to a very small place. So sad. If there is any other let me know. I think I follow you on Facebook. Is your business online? Thank you for responding!
Cottage Gardener please forgive me. I had you confused with another person who's name is similar and has an online shop. Thank you for helping me out. 🙄
Great to visit with yall again today. I'm 38 + & have NEVER been to Disney. I'd totally watch your All About Disney Video if you make one 😎. Until next time, Stitch on!
You two were very funny today! I just was in California. The driving is scarey. We witnessed a 5 cars accident. And it was on the freeway. It was on the city street. Almost on front of Miramar Marine Base.
I could listen to stories about Walt Disney World all day long!!! Fellow Disney Addict! We don't go every year, and there was a far too long 8 year gap between trips in 2007 and 2015. We need to start planning our next trip, health willing! Can't wait to see the new Animal Kingdom land of Avatar! Great to see you keeping up with your Maynia plans!
So enjoyed all your new starts for stitch mania. You are obviously having fun! Good luck! Happy stitching!
Great job on your Maynia starts! Please talk about Disney more! I've never been and need to live vicariously through you! Have a great stitchy week, girls! ❤️❤️
Another great video! All I can say is I love you both you are so fun to watch. You two are amazing mother and daughter. Thank you for these videos!
I LOVE that you are so organized!!! You're my idol!
Good to see you as usual. Keep up the good work ladies. xo
You two are great love your videos your stitching is Beautiful and the both of you are just as Beautiful. What a great family.
OHhhh Disney. I wish I we able to go there. Love your works in progress. Have a nice stitching time.
Loved seeing all your starts, WIPS and haul. Also I am now hooked on LIVE PD!!
Jana Rice you’re welcome 😂😂😉😉 it’s part of my new Friday and Saturday night stitching routine
Love seeing your progress and new starts every week.
You 2 always put people in the mood to stitch more!
Have a great weekend!
Marilyn
Loved all your Maynia updates. Priscilla you still managed stitching on vacation, impressive. Thanks for sharing.
Glad you had a good trip. Great progress on the mania pieces. Huggs.🌻

Debora H. I’m so happy to hear he’s doing alright. We’ll be keeping your whole family in our thoughts!❤️❤️
Love your show. You both have inspired me to start cross stitching again. I think the next Chalk on the Farm could be a Strawberry Farm for the long hot summer days.
Thank you for answering my question about baking between dunks!
I just love you guys and look forward to your podcast! 💕

Enjoyed your video!! I too Love Disney! Love that May finish! Adorable. Really like all your Maynia choices. Happy stitching! 😀
I bought my first Ray Dunn mug at Home Goods on Friday! Love it. Love your new starts for Mayina!
Laura Richards welcome to your next obsession 😂😂
Priscilla & Chelsea Thanks!!😉
Hi Girls, it’s been so long since I have been able to watch floss tube. So good to see you both. Chelsea you look terrific and as always you both are beautiful Stitcher’s. Thanks for sharing!
Beautiful work this week ladies! And I loved the Disney talk too!
OMG! You two are great. Never stop what you are doing. You make my day and can't wait for Saturday mornings.
As always, I so enjoyed spending part of my Saturday with you both! Thanks for the tip on how to find the DMC sales! Happy Stitching!
My husband and I LOVE Disney. Just have not gone in so long and we're up there in age :-). Think it's time. Your bags, wips and finishes are beautiful. You both have such great aura! You're fun to watch and listen. Thank you for sharing.
Great video! Welcome home Priscilla! Love your videos!
Great video. I always look forward to Saturday morning. Thanks for helping to keep this needlework alive.
You are too funny. Calvin missed you, love it. Your Cali pictures were awesome. Hope you enjoyed your trip.
I’ll be waving hello next week from the Beach and Yacht Club at Disney World 💕 Bringing my xs but have to keep it away from the suntan lotion! Thanks for all you do to make your podcast so much fun!
Sharon Scerrato ugh so jealous! Have fun and say hi to Mickey for us!!!
I knew Calvin loved you. He was so happy you came back home. That Bent Creek row for above the baby’s door looks great. Can’t wait to see it finished.
First thing I do on Saturday while eating breakfast is watch your video. You both are so funny and inspiring. Love all your things your working on. Priscilla I was raised in San Diego. Glad to see you're using the Santa Ride book so soon! I was wondering when you would since it was't on your video. Enjoy!
Please oh please do a Disney video!!! And your stitching is wonderful, as usual. Loving those starts! Happy stitching! Now- GO - Priscilla & Chelsea do Disney ( does that sound bad?)!

Yes make a Disney video! Also FYI, my entire Saturday morning is me sitting around drinking coffee waiting for your video!
Luv_lee8 we so appreciate that!! Thanks for spending some time with us!!
Love Farmers Table in La Mesa! Next time you go to the SD area let me know, I can recommend some other great places! Love you guys!
I think it will be a Disney farm...lol... Look forward to visiting with you every Saturday!!!

Rhonda Edwards-we didn’t let it dry completely the first time, did bake it thought. So stove, oven, stove, oven, air dry until dry.
Great video, so glad you had a great trip! I’m actually traveling home from San Diego today! So pretty here. I did find a needlepoint shop in La Jolla and got some fancy floss but that’s it 😞. Thanks for sharing your stitching and have a great weekend!
Yay for Disney! My first Disney trip this year in June! Looking forward to some good family fun!

I made seasonal project bags for my projects just using fabrics from my stash. Nothing fancy just a drawstring at the top. This way I know what is in each bag. Just grab and go!!! I am also a Disney lover! Been there a few tumes. We stayed on property. Easier to get around.
Barbara Eckenfels such a smart idea! I need to talk mom into it 😂
Love all your wips and Maynia starts and your finished May is so adorable!! I also love Disneyworld!!! I have been there only 5x, plan to go back some day!!!! Priscilla, I would have face timed my daughter also, as I walked through questionable neighborhoods. Glad you had a wonderful time! Happy Maynia stitching you two!! Lynn
Chelsea use 123 Stitch calculater for your fabric. I use it & it is awesome.
Just curious: I know you attach your stitched pieces and fabric backing to sticky board, but do you always glue the stitched piece to the background fabric, or do you ever glue magnets and washers to the finished piece and backing so you can swap those out too? (I hope that makes sense.)
Every Saturday I keep checking for you all's video. Love you 2! I think the next farm will be Strawberry Farm.
Prairie Stitcher it’s usually by the needlework supplies!
Priscilla & Chelsea thank you so much! I realized my other comment about what I stitch on was for a different video lol. Sorry!
Love watching you two! What a fun video💕💕
Laurel Piontek iiii/i
I thought I commented but not seeing it. Are there any stitch a longs going on right now or soon? I like 18 and 22 count Aida. Even weave is good too. Nothing over 28 count. I have one I’m doing on 32 count linen and it’s difficult lol
We are a Disney family too! We're headed there in June!
Wow I didn’t realize how close our due dates are- I’m due July 17th. As always your projects look great!
Sister Stitchers that’s awesome! I hope your pregnancy is going well!!
Have A Great Stitching Week
XX ❤️
Another great video! I loved hearing about your adventures at Disney World. What are your favorite restaurants at Disney World and menu items at those restaurants? What are your “must get” treats when visiting each park?
Loved the video. My prediction for the new pattern is "Strawberry Farm"!
The Evening Stitcher oh no! I’m hoping you’ll have better weather but even when it rains in Disney it’s awesome 😂 enjoy your trip!! ♥️♥️
Another great watch! How funny is it that you and Nicki Esperson are due on the same day!! Do you two ever do the shop stitch ins at Black Cat?
Cricket Rawlins so funny!! I couldn’t believe it! We haven’t done the shop stitch ins yet!
Great video. Can’t wait to see the coup.

Hi Chris,
I'm from Riverside and I think there are a couple of stitch shops in OC.
Chris Bishop No problem!
When you use sticky board, do you use the padded kind or the flat kind? I can never seem to get a good straight edge when I cut the padded kind!
