Good morning sweet family! I'm so glad it's over. We got up to 10 inches! Charlotte would have loved it! We live between Dallas and Htown couldn't believe how y'all got hit. Our kids live in Htown. The hubster finally got to go to work today! Wahoo! He works in Dallas downtown. I get my house back! Lol! When he retires I'm in trouble! Lol! I do love him but Omg! Glad angus is back to normal! Oh no, the cone of shame! 😂 I have a frother I have yet to use, wonder if it would work for some bulletproof coffee? I've just gotten a bottle of MCT oil I'm using in mine. Did your temps come up today any? Our was about 43 up here, finally! It was nice to see it all melt away 😜 Sounds like such a dad thing to do, snowball fights lol. Our power never went out luckily, we had a drain issue with some freezing in the vent pipe but otherwise, we were all good. But we grew up in Ohio so we've got winter weather prep, which I'm guessing you know from living in Michigan (Go Wolverines!) Definitely never seen it this bad in the 10 years we've been here.
Walden Farms has syrups and dressings, NO CARBS, no sugar, no calories. I love the chocolate syrup. No, Texans just cannot handle this weather. It honestly scares me to drive in bad weather here because of that. I love Whole Lotta Yum's recipes, I use them all the time! Hope everything comes back for you soon !

Yes the weather today is so beautiful. Got up to 60 today! The water did finally come back on, but we had to clean out the screens inside the faucet bc it developed rust and other minerals. Quick and easy and we're all good now. So glad yall never lost power. Im thankful we only had our off for just the 26hrs. Other people closer to the city have it worse it seems. We do have a lot of winter gear from MI, but not the kids bc they never lived there.
