Bisping wasn't out. Faked it to save the embarrassment of tapping to a welterweight. When I fighter goes out it's instant. Bisping did it slowly so the ref would stop it. I seen other fighters before doing the same but when the ref didn't stop it they tapped. Bispng would have done the same.
