I was just as surprised as you were about the outcome. I expected the Snow Leopard to perform far better. I’d love to see another comparison after a few similar upgrades to both. Great video. Thanks for sharing!
Im excited to see wht you do to make that snow leopard better. I just ordered one a week or so ago. I have a decently built ax24 with mofo axles and it is stretched. It does pretty good. If the ax links fit on the snow leopard, that would be really awesome. I do think maybe upgrading to a better axle setup is needed.
Better tires and a little weight in the front of the UCX24 would probably make a huge difference. That battery being in the back and so high up appears to really hinder its performance. You can probably try swapping tires from the AX24 and the UCX24 and see if it makes a difference. Great video!👍👍👍👍👍👍🚙🚙
@Utahrcguy I checked my ucx24 against a fcx24 and a scx24. The UCX24 uses larger hardware, so hole diameters will be different. Worst case scenario, you throw brass rings in the front wheels and run different tires.

Nice video, my first crawler is my AX24, not much is left from it, everything has been upgraded.

The skid and link geometrys are better on the ax24 at a the quick glance i got, SHOCKS
Ax24 Try it for fun with oil filled shocks no/springs, As long as there not to short, Just to see the difference
No cringe, just toy grade, Thats why we trick them out. Its almost like the manufactures know this. No (WHAT)
