I love these guys throughout their whole career. But this has gotta be their best album to date. Its the heaviest they ever made. Love when he screams, glad they decided to move in this direction. You dont see many bands get harder over time. They decided not to sell out and go mainstream with the pop stuff.

The heavyness of the album is clear and more prominent than previous albums for sure but what makes this album possibly my favorite from SF, is the lyrical content. Its much more mature or at least grown up in how positive it is in terms of looking at life, love and change. Then on top of that its heavy as sh*#! Can't wait for PTTFYH!
I'm not sure but Hopesfall left their Melodic Hardcore peers after The Satellite Years and went for a more mature and natural sound, like Thrice did after Vheissu.
Senses fail haven't lost their touch, they're just evolving their sound. Bands, good and bad, do that all the time so that way they can not only appeal to more people and mature their sound but also in hope that their fans embrace the changes along with them. I love Senses Fail and ALL their albums :)
I honestly think that let it enfold you=still searching barely better than Linawr. Then it's renacer bayonet from the depths of dreams then the fire is great too tbh

But there is just something about this album, IDK what it is. I feel there is way more passion and emotion from the band on this album than on any of their previous ones (not to say the rest have no emotion or passion).
I hate it how people think Hardcore/Post-Hardcore screams are satanic. First of all, Senses Fail doesn't believe in God, if you don't believe in God, then you can't believe in the devil. It's common sense. True, a lot of screamers sing about misfortunes or something that happened that went wrong or even sex. Christians (most) think screams are callings to the devil (?). i find it odd that no one ever seems to give credit to Let it Enfold You on YT comments, i think that is by far one of the best written albums ever, such poetic lyrics and imagery

don't listen to pretentious youtubers if you like the album you like it. don't leave your thoughts up to the shallow opinions of some one who says "melodic hardcore" is a bad move on the bands part...or whatever. If you love a bands album then go stand with them cause they probably love it to. so many haters these days....

It's all up to the fans to keep them alive at this point. Its like they are gasping for air at the bottom of the well just trying to hold into some form of dignity.
Hopesfall? No. Still melodic hardcore, just less screaming and more singing. This album is no good. I wouldn't call lower tuning, constant screaming, and random chugging heavier. there is singing, but unfortunatly it's drowned out by annoying guitar riffs. Just my opinion though.

This is not what I expected from them. What happened to songs like Buried A Lie, Lost And Found, Calling All Cars, they've lost it with this album it is not nearly as good as the albums before this.
