It worked! OMG! I removed the new batteries, taped each button on the remote, put the batteries back in, and it FINALLY WORKED. Just changing the batteries didn’t work, and I struggled without a TV for a couple of months. PS. My old Vizio doesn't have a power button (weird), and I was about to throw it away. Thank you so much! I was ready to give up.

😳I watched this video earlier today thinking that this will probably not work. 🤔I mean...really. 😃I came back tonight to let everyone know that the first method WORKED with two different vizio remotes & tvs. I have no idea why the remotes stopped working for both tvs other than they get no real use (use satellite & firestick remotes 99% of the time).
