Considering how much attention us players put into rumours and mysteries in GTA San Andreas; I really appreciate that the devs would do this because honestly these rumours and mysteries really added to the atmosphere of GTASA for many many years beyond

First 32 minutes were really good. After that, it really deteriorated. Everything after is literally just someone using mods, editing images or straight up lying. But I did enjoy the video, good work.
I had the same feeling, but this is really common for iceberg videos. There's a reason most of the last ones aren't well known.
Hell, "a wolf's howling in the distance in a game without wolves, what the could that be? A simple sound affect added without much thought? Noooo, a MYSTERY!". Bloody hell.
But the rest is great. I'm sad that he didn't enter in much more detail about the infinity killer.
Agreed, there were some good ones near the bottom of the iceberg though. I really enjoyed learning about the technological singularity. But yes, overall there’s more substance to the ones higher up unfortunately.
@@TGG_ for the technological singularity thing if we know about the potential issue way before it could happen then what is stopping us from solving it by putting safety mechanisms or failsafes when more advanced tech and AI are made? Just something I thought about.

I’ve got an interesting fact I bet a lot of people don’t know. In the prologue, once you first go outside during the shootout with police, there’s a dead Bobcat security guard in the security booth who was presumably shot when Michael, Trevor, and Brad went in right before where the game begins. His name is Alex and he has his own GTA Wiki page and character model
and also, in the prologue. you can see the whole murder scene of the ghost of mt gordo.
+ the grave on top of the mountain has its own storyline. it was cj's.

I love that there are a bunch of very creepy and unsettling things that can happen and that you can find in gta 5. Great video as always TGG!
Of note for the "there will be 8" thing. There were supposed to be 8 single player DLC. I always assmed those were linked.
Also, good to finally know after all these years that there's a cause of those random explosions.

@@IXI_FXMaybe, big MAYBE, when you add in things like ray tracing with e&e. However I only use a 4090 so my PC can't handle that. So I wouldn't know.
2 years is a stretch... look at other games that came out in 2022: Elden Ring, Stray, Dying Light 2 (just to name a few). GTA5 while it looks nice, still looks like a game that came out in 2013 that had graphical enhancements to the base game over the years. Comparing it to games that actually came out 2 years ago is ... simply not accurate.

@@bradleyleslie9117 tbf, is there such a thing as "original" anymore? Everything has already been done by someone in some point in time. Presentations. Is the drawing point to anyones work because it makes the work look interesting. You can say the same for teachers when they assign their students projects for different classes for "X" amount of years they have done it. But it doesn't mean there's that one or two presentations that can still "Wow" the teacher or the students. You know? Wanted to show my support for TGG by commenting what said as well so.. I still like the video. Regardless of it being original content or not.

Some honourable mentions are, the red signs in the desert and the pixelated monkey drawings, the rare horn on the omega space buggy. There are also a couple of random garage doors that open for no reason, and the blood windows, and the dev cube behind the door beside the mural. And a spiderweb underneath the platform.
The path to nowhere always seemed to me to be part of a mystery and I had a theory that you just have to stand on the edge to be transported like in Mario 64. Red writing saying to come back after 100% and a red flag and a free dirt bike. I think the dirt bike and thinking a broken path is a jump literally driving people off from finishing the mystery.
Also I feel like you should be able to do something special if you’re hanging out with all 3 characters together. And you have 100% and don’t skip the ride to the top while it’s storming at 3 am.
I wish after 10 years they would just tell us if we got them all, or a hint at how to find the rest.

You missed the fact that in the I think first heist in story mode, if you choose to ride in a van the characters will tell you they’re stories and one of them talks about liberty city characters and how he did a heist with them, he also said that he doesn’t know where Niko is right now
THATS WHY MOUNT CHILIAD HAS TREVOR AS THE GUY WITH A JETPACK. Trevor might have gotten the jetpack from the Agent Trevor dlc which was repurposed for the Doomsday Heist in online.

I've always thought it was weird that it was Franklin who solved the Leonora Johnson case instead of Michael. He's the movie guy, one of the movies he watches looks like it could be a mystery/crime thrillers with someone dying, and "reliving" a movie fantasy of an amateur dettective, it felt like he would be swept up in figuring out who killed a movie star he could have potentially admired in the past. Besides Franklin now living in the Vinewood Hills it didn't seem like much to connect the two.
It's because Franklin is the only protagonist who doesn't die permanently in story mode

The Mount Chilliad Mystery was solved years ago. It was a hint for single player content that was eventually repurposed for GTA online once Rockstar saw how big online got.
I really hope they make some good mysteries in gta 6

It’s crazy that just now I find out there’s a Wolf sound effect in the game… it seems I don’t go to mount chiliad as much I did back then.
And never experienced that “The day that never comes” what I have encountered in the other hand, is time freezing all together, the time of day randomly stops (in free roam) though nothing else happens other than that.
The mechanic isn't gone entirely! The other day I had some driver smash into me while riding my bike. Of course I had to confront the guy, only to find out that it was the mechanic just randomly driving some SUV. Blew my mind lol
On the mountain where it says the come back at the end of your journey thing maybe it’s referring to the end of gta online in the gta v map so when gta online ends there it’ll be revealed what the answer to the mystery is. And rockstar have had it planned all this time

TGG you should definitely play the RDR2 Story Campaign. It also has a ton of Mysteries (and frankly some even more weirder ones)

Also in one of the setup missions in GTA you have to pose as the funeral director and the outfit is the same as "strange mans" in RDR.
