- "We are kind of getting sucked into the Middle East war that we said we didn't want to."
Despite the West's demands for Netanyahu to call for a ceasefire their support of Israel will get them "sucked into" the conflict in the Middle East, says The Times's Richard Spencer.

This conversation could be 20,30 or 40 years old,it could be the same 20 or 30 years from now, let them fight their own battles, sick of hearing it
As if a nuclear Iran doesn't impact us? As if blocked shipping lanes don't impact the west? As if Iranian attacks on Saudi oil refineries don't impact us? Have another drink, you'll feel better in the morning!
The trouble is that Iran has said that once its delt with Isreal the West is next.
Actually it's over a thousand years old, The Judea-Christian-Islamic god does love his followers arguing and killing each other. They have learned nothing in 2000 years.
There was one death in Jericho. He was a Palestinian Arab, as far as i understand. Not an impression showing for Iran. And now they've given Israel the necessary pretext to go in and do some serious damage.
If that was Iran's start to the war, they're going to be in for very tough road ahead lol
No. Airfields were hit. You won't hear the truth on that.
😂😂😂 go in were they been trying to go into Lebanon for more then 24 hours but they keep running away😂 and there are 2 air bases missing gas fields on fire why do I count civilan deaths as a win😂😂😂 ur a clown
@@dpelpalIran hasn’t even started Lebanon hasn’t even started while Israel doing anything they can😂

Who is the head of video editing at Times Radio? ALWAYS repeating yourselves!!
It’s a preview - a quick highlight before the video begins. Surely that was easily understandable after you’d seen a few of these?
@@goldboy150 but its completely pointless on videos shorter than 30 mins
@@seankinsellasean possibly (though 30mins is entirely arbitrary - pointless if it’s 25mins long, worthwhile if 35mins?)
I’m not justifying how they edit, I’m just making the point that it’s clearly not an editing mistake but rather a choice and that this is how they’ve chosen to present their content.
Agree with it or not, it’s not some mystery glitch or someone not doing their job correctly. They’ve just chosen to present this way.
@@seankinsellasean also, there is a clear point to it because the snippet they choose to preview is almost always cut from the last quarter of the video. So perhaps their metrics suggest that if they highlight up front an interesting point from the back end of the video, ppl are much more likely to stick around for the whole thing?
The Times is a nrewspaper. That first bit is like a news headline, then the first paragraph always contains the meat of the piece. Subsequent paragraphs then expand on the topic. They try and mimic that here, but I agree, it does not really work.
If this guy was the president off Israel there wouldn't be anything left of Israel years ago.
This guy doesn't know anything. You might as well interview a hot dog cart operator in NY City.
the uk citizens dont want us to be involved at all
Same here in the US
And why did 450,000 Americans have to die, and expend $1 trillion, so that the UK could say hey, the rest of you, allow yourself to be massacred?
YEAH WE DONT WANT AN OVER ESCALATED ROAD TO WW3. AND NOTHING LEFT UPON THE EARTH FOR ANYBODY. YEP DEFINITELY SENSE REASON AND DIPLOMACY HAVE GOT TO BE BETTER THAN THIS.
No we don’t but Iran has said that the West is next once they have delt with Isreal. The enemy is already here.
1 Palestinian was killed from a falling missle engine part, poor guy. He was here for work, the video was crazy. Iran killing Palestinians.. im sure that wasnt in their plan.
Yeah, I saw that. Poor guy. Fell directly on to him. Talk about unlucky.
UK should be responsible for this war, they give the Palestine land to Israel with a proper transfer.
Was Israel a mistake?
NO. THE UK FELT SYMPATHY FOR THE JEWS AFTER THE HOLOCAUST , AND IT AGREED WITH ARABS FOR ISRAEL TO LIVE IN 'JUST ONE PLACE', BUT NOT TO TAKE ALL OF IT IN GREED. BUT THE ONE THAT WE HAD SYMPATHY FOR AS IN THE ZION (AND NOT THE GOOD JEW) DECIDED TO RETURN THIS RESPECT BY BOMBING AND SINKING THE AMERICAN LIBERTY BELL, AND BOMBING MANY OF OUR BRITISH PEOPLE IN HOTELS. BUT THERE ARE TIMES WHEN YOU TRY TO BE KIND AND IT BECOMES A MISTAKE. JUST LOOK AT WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR BRITISH AID WORKERS IN GAZA. DRONES TARGETED THEIR CARS REPEATEDLY AND CONTINOUSLY UNTIL THEY GOT OBLITERATED. WAS THIS RESPECT OR ALLIE FRIENDSHIP???
league of nations mandate created Israel. Anyway.. prior land was an empire. They should have been able to live together in peace.
Nope.
The UN gave it to them.
@@richardm7004 Israel's establishment as an independent sovereign state was officially declared in Tel Aviv on Friday May 14, 1948, by Zionist leader David Ben-Gurion, the day the British Mandate over Palestine was officially terminated.
isnt it also irans war with israel or am i missing something who sent 180 ballistic missiles?
If this forces our government to confront the Islamic Fundamentalists in the UK it might be a good thing.
Israel won’t need the US to fight just to help defend
Iran are escalating to de-escalate.
Iran is a paper tiger. This is all they can do? The fruits of islam
Good.
Iran has the right to defend itself
A bit worrying that Mr Spencer makes the basic mistake that iron dome intercepts ballistic missilr. Iron dome intercepts only short range projectiles whereas arrow and davids sling intercept medium and long range missiles
No no no, don’t involve us forces in defending apartheid aggression
Bibi is the mistake
Izrael is original mistake. How could have anyone got an idea to establish state on other people`s land? All mistakes after are derivatives of this original one.
Read the title. No it won't.
Nope. Not going to fight for israel. They have every right to defend themselves but i wont bleed for them.
You wouldn't even bleed for this country! Just a Coward in his mom's basement!!
A ceasefire would not have stopped missile attacks from Lebanon.
at lest US is selling goods...
isreal has nuclear jericho guided cruise missiles on stand-bye
I doubt it I'll be watching corrie
Just remember, Israel could have agreed to the ceasefire Biden proposed in April. The hostages would be free; the war in Gaza would be over; Hezbollah and the Houthis would have stopped shooting.
But Israel chose regional war instead.
Hamas rejected it
@@jeclipse129 no, they accepted it. In response, Netanyahu blindsided his own negotiating team by publicly declaring four new conditions that were designed to sink the deal. Do some reading.
EXACTLY THANKYOU.
@@levantinian Don't let your emotions get in the way of what needs to be done. They are unalive anyway.
Lies. Hamas rejected. They never allow the hostages to go back. Stop spreading lies.
Won’t happen, Einstein.
Maybe not.

No thanks
The ayatollahcraty swan song.
Putin is pulling Bibi's strings
Russia so poor they can't even pay attention lol
other way around, Iran and Russia are the axis in WW3
You mean the same russia in an alliance with Iran? Learn some basic reasoning skills
Stammer the bad news much.
Iran will soon not be able to support Russia further 😂😂😂
Times Radio is such a load of propagandist trash. THEY DONT DESERVE A VIEW
The USA needs none of this. But we aren’t leaving our friends high and dry even if we could.
Not gonna happen. But good lord can the EU please get their affairs in order? Our generosity has its limits.
Start getting your affairs in order! Deal with the Houthis. Get that straight under control!
We don’t need Middle East oil. YOU DO! So handle it.
We have the US to take care of that for us.
@@heycidskyja4668your welcome. And thank you for nearly 100 years of your partnership. I’m telling you this country is “nearly” done playing world police. You’re gonna have to figure it out with much less support. Don’t get me wrong. Love you all. I like when we are the world police man. But those days are nearly over. So do something about it before it’s too late!
@@Macfierce1 If the USA stopped letting Netanyahu escalate the situation it would be useful.
Oh dear... does Corprate USA think that it acts with untethered generosity in the world stage?
No.
Everything is a transaction. Corporate USA gets involved to make and protect investments.
The USA are the problem, you could have stopped this but you let the tail wag the dog.
