I agree with the 1rst comment, very nice home, but very dated..... I think they are trying to capitalize on the post covid prices, but they may have to really come down probably another 75 -100k.... I wouldn't pay more than 375 , possibly 4, depending on the neighborhood and surrounding area, but it has great potential!
It has potential, however, that cost is WHY it's still on the market with as much work needed to bring it up esthetically. "Sold as is" that is an alarm that most buyers will walk away from.
