Just use the Gr supra from trials of tashimi. It took me a 3/4 day after entering Tier 5 to steal Shax car. And I just had everything on Stage 4 expect the Body. Fusionparts are so easy to get you can strip Toyota 86(buy and strip) or you get free Fusion parts every 2days or in the elite tuners events

Not really. Just make it faster than 11.9s on 1/2 mile was enough (faster than 11.6-11.7 was better).
