Love watching you guys playing in the mud. Never gets old watching the Geoff and Chris show. Great idea for fixing the flooding issue with the road. I'm convinced you are definitely correct about Yanmar makes the best mini. Has plenty of power and very easily moved from one location to another. Hopefully, you had a great birthday, Chris.
Come on Chris....we all know you guys swear like sailors. Lmao. Another good video this evening. Blows my mind the amount you have going on between that 9 acre pond fix, this and your cabin. Along with whatever we don't see normally. My grandfather used to say, "I will stop when I'm dead, until then, I work". Lol
Happy birthday!!🎊🥳🎉🎈❤I hope today is the perfect day for you. DP said several years ago that you were phenomenal at digging trenches and keeping grade. You prove him correct each time you dig one. This was a fun video and thanks for sharing, Chris.
Finding those older but gently used pieces like the 953, D7 and keeping the first 220 sure give flexibility to projects, while waiting for customers' progress!
Rarely do I see such care/engineering taken with retaining walls, Nice build not cutting corners. It's always rewarding working at a jobsite where well built is no. 1 job!! Ray
@@half-breed I was refering to the design effort expended for the retaining wall footer and where wall was laterally located on footer to allow for maximum lateral loading of retaining wall. Ray
Always the professional no matter what you do.just try and keep ahead of Geoff, you never know when he might change his mind again.great job, great video.continued on doing what you do best.be safe 👍👍👍😎😎😎
That dang rain - just goes to show the job has to continue and clean up is required - muddy mess. Trenches for everything - the hidden dangers. The old track loader is an asset on this job too.
Thankfully not had the rain we had last year, well yet anyway but I see other countries are sure getting more than their share, defiantly keeping Jeff's pond full. Great video as always bro. Safe travels. Ken.
Geoff and Chris’s banter and little jabs always get me laughing, funny these two have become such close friends through working together definitely like the videos with them together
The equipment that you have today is certainly different than it was 60 years ago, then you had to do everything manually, I just watched it being done, I was to young for that kind of work, but I did my fair share, at least I thought so.
Mr. Bealy needs to wait to load his vid until after you load yours! He already put up the vid of the wall being built, and i kept thinking, what did I miss? This was what was missing!!
Thinking back to when this project started with the making of the "pond", you've moved a LOT of dirt! Are you winding down on this project? Does the Bealy/Goode bunch have more plans for you ?
Lucky man, always get to come back for more Geoff $$$$$. Your buddy looks like he has not worn the 'new' off the quint dumper yet. Thats funny - "don`t worry about the fence, you need rebar caps".
I still think the next toy Chris buys should be an articulated, medium sized wheel loader. Small enough that he can trailer it himself. And with a grapple accessory for moving brush quickly. I’ve seen lots of times that the job was too big for a skid steer and too small for an excavator.
By the Mansion from Mr Bealy, have the Great Rain, Your Work for the Foundation to Demolish. You must to Reproduce! And digging the Water Line. Much Work for You. I wish You to the Morning Day a Happy Birthday. 🎉
I was thinking surely he's gonna pick that rebar out of there. Then it occured to me maybe he is using it as a depth gauge so he doesn't dig any deeper.
Nice work Chris. Maybe not as clean as Frank (diginok)but it’s a ton better than average lol. I really have no clue how Frank does what he does with a backhoe.
May have watch the wall up but glad to see Chris has footer like it should be My concern was did they tie the wall back to keep it from bulging out over time ?
Great job 👍🏻 kind of wanted to see the other footing dug but I know to some people it gets boring that mud looks like concrete I think it was at first 😅 that new dump truck is sweet 🔥
I like the Lets Dig18 video where I build a house and fill it wite sand and soil.please also make a video of building a house and filling it with sand and soil.
Chris, if you could have a do-over, would you stay with the Yanmar ViO55, or would you choose a different size? I really like the little Yamnars, but they have a mind-boggeling selection of sizes in this class...
Given the amount of styrofoam on-site I expect the walls will continue on up as they have started. With the weather getting more and more weird it is wonderful protection in all ways.
Happy birthday, sir! unrelated question for anyone kind enough to educate me....what does it mean when you don't have enough coverage for the bigger pipe? 'm not well versed on construction terminolgy
Well guys !!! You can plan & execute all you want, but ""OL"" Mother Nature has the final say on what is going to happen to ""SLOW"" you down !! Nice job again Chris 👍👍👍👍👍
Are folks staying for the entirety of these long videos or are the watching in chunks or just a portion of the video? And does that make any difference to UA-cam?
I stay for the entirety! I learn tons! I just made a dirt pad for a greenhouse, (8x 10) and am compacting it tomorrow, thanks to what i have seen on Chris’ site! It’s level and square, too! Ps, I’m 68 and a great grandma. If i can do it, almost anyone can!
Every time I see Jeff's construction site, I feel like the house/pools aren't high enough out of the ground. For example, the top of his dive pool seems too low to keep out a significant rain storm. Then again, what do I know.
Ha ha looks like he could use a mud puppy (pump) an get it all out Have you ever saw one ,,? They'll get mud out pretty good be one man air compressier an get it done In half a day ive take lots mud out holes that way
Never gets old watching you run equipment. You are the smoothest operator i have ever seen. Thanks for letting me ride along.

I'm no prude but Geoff has his own channel he can f-bomb from start to finish if he likes. That was disrespectful to Chris and his viewers.

Happy Birthday Chris, you need to buy a set of equipment to keep at Geoff so you dont have to move stuff back and forth
That’s going to be quite the upgrade for Mr Beaky moving from the school bus to the new house. 🤣🤣
Nice one... that two week old truck.. looks like it was made in the seventies.. baffled.
Chris could you move the bus onto the island in the middle of the pond?
I just wanna see Geoff's reaction... LOL
