PASSION FRUIT MARGARITA

Muted tequila taste, followed by a mild passion fruit taste. Very tasty cocktail. Comes in at 21% ABV.
MIXING NOTES: Any blanco tequila should work if you prefer a muted tequila taste. Use reposado or anejo for more flavor. The fresh passion fruit juice is quite mild without the Chinola added. Lime juice can be increased to 1 ounce depending on your local limes and taste.

2 G4 Blanco tequila (Mexico 80 proof)
¼ Chinola passion fruit liqueur (Dominican Rep. 42 proof)
1 fresh passion fruit juice
¾ Persian lime juice (fresh)
¼ agave syrup
Shake with 4 cracked ice chunks, lime wedge wet full rim of margarita glass, pour all in margarita glass, short straw
ALTERNATE RECIPE sans the fresh passion fruit:
This one comes in at 26% ABV.
2½ Don Julio 70 aged white (Mexico 80 proof)
¾ Chinola passion fruit liqueur (Dominican Rep. 42 proof)
1 Persian lime juice (fresh)
¼ agave syrup
Shake with 4 cracked ice chunks, lime wedge wet full rim of margarita glass, pour all in margarita glass, short straw
