Smooooth you are doing those roofs 😎💪🙏🎈
Love the video, where did you buy the red pressure gun?
And another amazing video bro 😎
Good video Deery.
Thank you Aaron! Much appreciated
Do you have the link to the red gun
Why rinse with the X jet as opposed to the M5 is there an advantage?
Xjet is high pressure. M5 is low. Xjet has a lot more punch
Hey Joe, Have you ever knocked your ladder down while still on the roof? whats the solution?
I've been hearing people say "this was a good (season)" and "about to start the (season)", Is this a seasonal job? And if so what would be considered the season? Thx
Joe I have a 4gpm machine. I’m trying to avoid taking it off the trailer and wheeling it around at jobs. From what I hear I can’t down stream with more than 200’ of hose. Would 200’ on a reel be enough to do most houses from the trailer ?
Yes. I pulled on 200 with my 4 gpm. No problem
Where did you get your SH and Soap tanks, and what size are they?
Us plastics. 50&15
What 12 volt gun setup are you using?
Sutner st510
What type of shoes you using getting on that roof?
Bogs
Amazing job Joe!!! You the man!!💪💪💪🍺🍺✌️✌️
Do I need to change my 5gpm softwash/roof pump every season?anyone..
I am asking about a 12 volt 5gpm pump
Always have a back up
Nice work!
👍💯🙏✌️
I stumbled across your channel while looking for some other information but I really enjoy your content. Your results speak for themselves and I appreciate your hard work.
Much appreciated!!
Epay decking. Great job..
I'm interested in the downstream injector hose valves. My understanding is that allows you to cut back on SH, going to your downstream injector. Just incase you only want like a .5% mix? I think Mike C. does that with a Pentair value..... same principle?
Looks like a busy day. Using all the tools in the arsenal. 👍
💪🏼
Deck turned out great Joe ‼️
Thank you
Holy crap... those gutters😳😬
Right!?
How much did you charge to do that first house? I'm looking to do something like this in southeast texas and have never did a job for someone and was wondering how you price the houses or bid them. Thanks.
Are you bagging the gutters downspouts. To catch all the overflow from the SH
Not usually
Joe I went a bought one of them m5 twists for a rinsing tool, I usually just use my ball valve, but your videos with it sold me, looks fantastic, a bunch a volume, but mine seems super weak, granted I’m running a gx390, 5.5 pump but still seems way way less then yours, any thoughts?
They are gallons per minute read it. Hopefully you got the correct one for your machine.
Why don’t you hire a helper to at least hold the ladder, deal with any issues that come up on the truck while your on the roof, wet down the overspray etc. Seems like a no brainer for jobs like this
Sounds easy right?
Buuuusy day 👍 For windows that get splattered while roof washing, do you ever rinse them off when done? I. e.- that super nice house you just spot treated. By the time you get down to rinse house it would have dried on the window...
I move as fast as possible. House wash applied moments later. No streaks
Also it was shady and raining
10-4. Just Move It, Move It! Thx
Ipe wood pronounced ee-pay also known as Brazilian walnut. Beautiful hardwood.
Thank you
Look for a product called “ladder safety rails” they attach to the ladder to particularly aid in getting on and off the roof.
Yes. I’ve seen those. May look into a set
“I don’t care, I need to move forward”. That’s right, Joe. Gotta get her done any way you can
Use it up
Still crushing it!!
🔥
That deck turned out awesome. S/H is the way to get on treated decks. It's not doing nothing to the wood it just bleached it out. I see people using pressure on wood decks which actually removes a thin layer of wood. That's why they look like new wood. You probably have mentioned it before but where did you get you red gun ?.
Thank you Rick
Tried to get those little valves at home depot and another local store but no luck. Really interested in it since i dont like to use soap on house wash
I ordered online
Thats an interesting idea to offer a house wash free with a roof cleaning. Do you feel like it has increased your sales of roof cleaning. Seems like a win/win for both you and the customer. It ensures that all landscaping and rinsed well and an overspray from the roof cleaning diluted
Helps justify a slightly higher price
Is the ball valve for chemical injector to switch to rinse or sh 3 way?
Yes. Sh to rinse
Why not get the dual barb chem injector?
That could work too. Thsts how Mike runs
Hey Joe, I just tried a draw test on my 2.1 dsi. I have a 4.5 GPM machine and it only pulled 1/3 of a gallon for 12 gallons of water coming out of my line. What size orifice did you run on the size machine?
1.8. Check for air leaks
@@powerfulimprovements just did, put hose clamps on all the connections. I wonder if I don’t have something blocking it
@@powerfulimprovements bypassed the three-way ball valve between my chemical injector and chemical/waterlines. Got a 1 to 14 ratio. I’ll try changing my downstream injector too. Thanks. Also, what do you do with the leaves from cleaning gutters?
Do you normally shot 6% on roof washes?
4-6 depending
1st :)
Legit 💥💥💥💥💥
Number 3

I also hate when lichen is that bad, such a pain to remove, I like to use my doca pole 24 ft and spray like 4-6 % on it and brush it after house washing it. Stuff is So tuff and really sticks like crazy, helps me not get weeping I'm those areas so I don't over rinse. Also works great for y'all stubborn gutter stains to quick gentle brush and rinse.
Great videos joe!
Yeah. 12 volt pretreat helps. Maybe I’ll get a pole one day
You are using the remco 5.5 gom now right? How are you liking compared to the 7 gpm? I currently run a 7 Everflo but when I replace am going to 5.5 don't need all that volume as I use that only for roofs and pretreatment, controls runoff better. Looks like it's still good volume for you and applies fast.
5.3. And I’m happy so far
