Why rinse with the X jet as opposed to the M5 is there an advantage?

I've been hearing people say "this was a good (season)" and "about to start the (season)", Is this a seasonal job? And if so what would be considered the season? Thx

Joe I have a 4gpm machine. I’m trying to avoid taking it off the trailer and wheeling it around at jobs. From what I hear I can’t down stream with more than 200’ of hose. Would 200’ on a reel be enough to do most houses from the trailer ?

I'm interested in the downstream injector hose valves. My understanding is that allows you to cut back on SH, going to your downstream injector. Just incase you only want like a .5% mix? I think Mike C. does that with a Pentair value..... same principle?

How much did you charge to do that first house? I'm looking to do something like this in southeast texas and have never did a job for someone and was wondering how you price the houses or bid them. Thanks.

Joe I went a bought one of them m5 twists for a rinsing tool, I usually just use my ball valve, but your videos with it sold me, looks fantastic, a bunch a volume, but mine seems super weak, granted I’m running a gx390, 5.5 pump but still seems way way less then yours, any thoughts?

Why don’t you hire a helper to at least hold the ladder, deal with any issues that come up on the truck while your on the roof, wet down the overspray etc. Seems like a no brainer for jobs like this

Buuuusy day 👍 For windows that get splattered while roof washing, do you ever rinse them off when done? I. e.- that super nice house you just spot treated. By the time you get down to rinse house it would have dried on the window...

Look for a product called “ladder safety rails” they attach to the ladder to particularly aid in getting on and off the roof.

That deck turned out awesome. S/H is the way to get on treated decks. It's not doing nothing to the wood it just bleached it out. I see people using pressure on wood decks which actually removes a thin layer of wood. That's why they look like new wood. You probably have mentioned it before but where did you get you red gun ?.

Thats an interesting idea to offer a house wash free with a roof cleaning. Do you feel like it has increased your sales of roof cleaning. Seems like a win/win for both you and the customer. It ensures that all landscaping and rinsed well and an overspray from the roof cleaning diluted

I also hate when lichen is that bad, such a pain to remove, I like to use my doca pole 24 ft and spray like 4-6 % on it and brush it after house washing it. Stuff is So tuff and really sticks like crazy, helps me not get weeping I'm those areas so I don't over rinse. Also works great for y'all stubborn gutter stains to quick gentle brush and rinse.
    Great videos joe!

You are using the remco 5.5 gom now right? How are you liking compared to the 7 gpm? I currently run a 7 Everflo but when I replace am going to 5.5 don't need all that volume as I use that only for roofs and pretreatment, controls runoff better. Looks like it's still good volume for you and applies fast.
