I did that 9 months ago but with all the trucks on that road not very safe for a group, but also the road was better to Phonsavan from Long Tieng, crazy rainy season this year. Thanks for watching and Ride Safe.
@@mikefreeriderAsia I came on the ferry two hours on the reservoir. Can they take a big bike ? I was on the CT 125. I enjoyed the boat ride. Spectacular scenery.
@@jonnymac66 I actually came through the mine at Xaisomboum, I never took the ferry, but I did take the road along the side of the lake and came out at Van Vieng.
I enjoyed the trip very much and this road in particular was a challenge but one felt great afterwards having done it, yes!! Scenery was really something, especially just before we reached the airport and could overlook the whole area. Looking forward to the next one.
This video is great, just so hard to capture the steepness of the mountains, and the very slippery clay water holes we went through. and of course the 360 degree magnificent views we also had, funny story Mike checked with someone before we went on this road, their answer was they are good at the moment, we kept reminding Mike of this comment he made for the rest of this trip 😁 So glad no one got injured here, can happen so easily on these types of roads, and we are not young blokes anymore, two riders are 77 years old, well done to all riders, and the van driver, who was determined to get the van, Mikes sister and our luggage out to Long Tieng, our 2nd vehicle was the 4wd Toyota Hilux so that came in handy 👌
amazing ride.
Great Ride thanks for sharing. I came in from the opposite direction to you guys and continued to Phonsavan the direction you came in from.

Great comments Gavin, and thanks for the pictures that I used on my videos, looking forward to the next Adventure.
do you ever get itchy boots.?
So I'm not sure if that was meant to be funny or are you asking if I watch her channel?
Finally first 😂
Thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙏
