Congrats on stopping alcohol. Hopefully you’ve been figuring out stuff to help for sleep. Also, not sure if you have a cable and can do lat pull downs, but if not, weighted pull ups/dips are everything.
How much weight is the ball? I’m training hard this last month to hit my one year transformation and I’m almost 100 lbs down with a six pack but it’s so hard!!! I’m not budging on weight these last 10 lbs even with 3 hours in the gym 6 days a week eating healthy 120+ g of protein a day, and 1600 calories a day. I don’t know what else to do oh and also 7 months sober almost so I know the feeling getting sober I still feel so new to it and I’ve even feeling super left out with summer. Everyone drinks to socialize so it’s hard finding your people or new things to do.
