I'm not Korean, but I don't understand why this issue of age is so important in Korea. After all, each person has a unique process of maturing that is not necessarily linked to age.
@@thaisrodrigues9947 cuz korea belong to the confuious hymosphere, it kinda influenced from respecting older culture, but from what I see korea is more strict on it then japan and china, I also don't understand why age matter so much in korean culture
@@thaisrodrigues9947its not necessarily about maturity its about respecting your elders, within groups and members who are similar in age, theyre not always so formal but at the very least they use proper honorifics like younger members call older members "hyung" just as a sign of respect I know its hard to understand if youre from other countries but its part of their culture

This is so confusing. I can accept twice jihyo being the leader cause she is only 1.5 yrs younger than the oldest (who is also the fake maknae), but jungwon is like 5 yrs younger😢. The duality gives me a weird tingly feeling
