You are spot-on Pano. William doesn't always make the most aesthetic knife, but all thoughts of looks go away when you put it in hand and put it to work. He is absolutely in my top 3 for custom knife makers and, of all the customs that I own, his get used the most. Actually, they get used more than most of my knives, custom or not. I'm still going through all the knives I own and trying to get rid of things that I either don't use or that just don't work well. At the end of the day, many of those empty slots will be filled by a few more WC Knives.
I agree with everything you said Pano. William Collins is hands down the best in the business in my book. I think I’m at close to 50 or so WC Knives and I have been completely impressed with every single one of them. In a business that is known for wearing out the same old idea, William has found a way to improve and create great and one of a kind designs. Also had the best heat treat that I’ve encountered
I agree 100% everybody does have different styles & interests in knives. WC makes a wide variety of knives. I have 8 so far. For my purposes I have used each one a lot. Some on a daily basis in the kitchen or backyard. WC puts a lot of thought in the uses of his knives. More so in use rather than looks & they perform grt. The heat treatment is spot on & his knives just simply perform grt. I have been following his channel for a while now. I loved his whittle talk videos & he seems like good guy. Thx for the video & looking forward to seeing some more
Keep the videos coming Pano. I know that you know what you are talking about. It is only a matter of time before I buy my first of Williams knives. In the meantime I will be paying attention to what you and William can teach me. I have much respect for you both. Thank you my friend. Tennessee
Agreed. I have not been able to try one yet but from what I have have learned and watched I am definitely getting one. I wish they had a store where you could try all these high end knives. It’s a lot of money and a roll of the dice
One of the great things about William Collins is that he is constantly introducing new knives, not as a marketing ploy, but because knives are tools, and the task at hand determines what the best tool is for that task. My wife does not understand why I have well over $50K worth of tools, let alone why some of those tools are "specialty" tools - wrong for most everything EXCEPT the one thing they were designed for. An auto tech, a carpenter, an engineer, would absolutely relate. Well, so would a knife maker that has spent the majority of his life using knives, and began to design them out of necessity. William Collins is that guy.
No problem, at this time we do not have stock on this model , the NK is the William Collins neck knife a smaller companion to the William Collins survival knife , we plan to order some in the new year so hopefully have some available for spring 2023 , not sure on inventory at the other dealers , we do have the Northern woodsman companion and the short hunter available they start at around 335$ Canadian
Do you ship to the United States? Can I order if I’m in the United States? Which one of those three would be the best for deer hunting, as I can only afford to order one knife
Pano I miss your videos. When you coming out with more. Added a nessy to the collection today, so I have plenty of stuff to prep for videos. Blessings the ocd Hunter.
I agree with you 100% Pano! I have 9 WC knives with 3 more on the way. And I plan on buying some more. My friends are like you have an addiction but I have different uses for each knife. Plus William is a great business man, who I can respect. Great video Pano, now William just needs to make a really small knife that I can keep in my pocket lol.

William has always answered any of my questions no matter how many I have. I think you have choose a good knife company with WC knives
I don't need "pretty tools", I need tools that work! I own 4 of Mr. Collins incredible knives and they handle everything that I have thrown at them.
Thanks Tammy!
