Not even trying to be mean, Michael is seriously obese. Like he has to weigh at least 400 pounds by now. I think I can speak for most of your fans in saying we think it is a good idea for you to SERIOUSLY try to lose weight. I don't want to see you start to fall victim to a bunch of different diseases and eventually have your life cut short by something preventable. If I was in position where a behavior of mine was killing me I would go to far extremes to make myself stop. For instance, do not allow ANY food that is bad for you into your house. Period. No cheat days. Period. NO EXCEPTIONS. Some may say this is extreme, but this is your FUCKING LIFE we are talking about. Either lose the weight or EVENTUALLY it will end your life. Look at Boogie for a clear ex of what your future could be if you don't. Best wishes man.

Losing weight is easier than people think especially when you are quite a lot overweight. After two or three weeks it really starts to go fast and fly by. Its just starting and getting motivated for the first few weeks that is hard and not seeing the scale move etc.
Jack D I think the biggest thing with Michael is that his entire life probably revolves around food. Every time there is something to celebrate they do it with food. Every time he is upset or angry he probably uses food to cope. He also is surrounded by people who also have just as bad habits as him. So if he were to decide to quit eating so much garbage he would still be surrounded by the food which would make it extremely difficult to say no. Its easy to say no when you give yourself literally no choice but to say no. Don't have ANY food that you dont need in the house. Hell go and buy 2000 calories worth of food each day and thats it. No other food at all in the house. Hell give financial control to someone you trust where before you buy something you have to check with them first and they make sure its necessary or within the 2000 calories so you couldn't give in and buy shit when you are really hungry. With losing weight its calories in calories out. There is literally no excuse why someone can't lose weight. Lock yourself in a fucking room so you won't eat if you have to, because if you don't you will fucking DIE young. Which one is more extreme? Dying young or being extremely militant for a little while?

This breaks me, she’s an amazing mother, spending time with her family and her son especially knowing she won’t be able to fight back much longer. She reminded me of my cousin who fought cancer her whole life, she was cancer free and not much longer it came back and couldn’t fight it again, she passed away last year at only 16, I’m glad I was able to reunite with her one last time after being away for 11 years but it still hurts and it’s hard without her. May this beautiful mother have a miracle and be able to have an extended lifetime to be with her son and husband❤️❤️
