Thanks for sharing your laughter and bringing us good vibes. I do love laughing since I was a little child, it feels so good. When I was a teenager sometimes friends were embarassed if I would laugh loud in a public place and I always refused to censor myself because I always felt that the energy of spontaneus laughing is so high and possitive that it can only do good to me and those around me.
I'm heading to a looooong flight. The whole trip will take 15 hours. I love to travel but transporting from place to place always makes me nervous. I watched this before the flight, laughed with you guys and I'm so calm, happy and READY to go for a new adventure! Thank you both of you! Cheers from Finland!

Hello from Durban... sunny South Africa. Yay thats what we do every friday. A get together starting with a veg lunch and then a discusion on Dr Joe Dispenza's book " becoming Supernatural " we are the new crazies... cant stop the belly laughs... from Kas Anusha and Sara🤣🤣🤣😘
Every time I see Canadian geese, I laugh. : ) Humor is a wonderful coping mechanism. Lol, my challenge last december when I dislocated my elbow...in the ER, I was singing Christmas carols to take my mind off the pain with goofy lyrics like "tis the season to slip and fall fa la la la fall onto my arm." Things like that and laughing did seem to ease the pain somewhat and humor helps the health care workers too. : ) Goofy sounds, funny facial expressions, wearing a goofy hat or funny wig or some costume. Even having funny mannerisms. As wonderful as humor is, the ironic thing is that some types of humor may actually make people depressed... for instance, I get upset or sad if I hear someone making sexist jokes or "laughing" about the way someone looks in a cruel manner or as a bully ( I realize with some friends we can laugh at their or our look if both parties are ok with those boundaries.) Another interesting point is that couples who laugh at the same things or make each other laugh seem to have very healthy relationships compared to serious couples or couples who find different things funny.... so maybe humor is insight into our personality or soul. Anyways, I rambles. Happy orbit around the sun Anita.
