In 1730 the Uhrovska collection with 350 folk songs were found in Slovakia, what a found it was!

The spectacular Uhrovska collection from 1730 is a treasure of 350 Eastern European folk melodies. The melodies highlighted musical influences from Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and geographical undefinable places. Only the melodies were documented, as it was a Roma tradition to improvise whilst playing.
The three Uhrovska/Telemann pieces have been arranged by Hugo Bouma, Wijnand van Klaveren and Morris Kliphuis.
