I LOVE the storybook aspect of this animatic. As a person who loves animatics/drawing. Story/fairytale books. And musicals (especially epic) this has officially become one of my favorite animatics. Well done! (And the opening, I just ADORE)

The last bit when they sing together?? That was honestly my favorite. You can hear both of them so clearly. It also perfectly shows how Circe's voice just contains divine rage and some control but you can hear Odysseus's kinda breakdown or something. He's just angry and you can tell.

I SMELL A SEVERLY UNDERRATED ARTIST!!!! This is so good!!! I love how the line art is a bit blurry towards the end, as if blotched with tears. I love the way you handled the tonal shifts within the song, having the cardboard pop ups for the light hearted bits, and more fully serious illustrations for the serious parts. AND THE COLOURS, THE POSES, THE COMPOSITION OF THE SHOTS, THE STORYBOOK MOTIF. My favourite epic animatic so far, great job

Im not going to cover how beautiful and amazing the animatic is because all the other comments pretty much describe my thoughts, so instead i wanted to say ,THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR INCLUDING THE LAST PART!! The transition where Circe begins 'There are other ways to persuasion' is key to really convey this whole scene and where it leads to,so thanks -as i see many other animators leave it out!
Loving the animatic and again realising that Oddyseus essentialy is doing organized breaking in and then being pissy he has consequences. And I still don't know how I'm supposed to take the musical considering the source material. Like how are we supposed to feel good about the triumph of someone clearly in the wrong :d
Not sure if I’m overthinking it but I noticed how at 1:55 when Circe loses, all the color around them drains! Yet when she slowly regains control over the situation the colors seem to come back Don’t know if that was intentional, but it is cool! I Love this animation so much ❤
Awesome cover ! If Talya wasn't already on board, I'd have loved OlinaW as Circe's official voice. Also, why do the first few notes sound like Penelope's leitmotiv? It's very ironic, considering what Odysseus is about to do 😂

We used the lyrics from the live performance which I think is more recent than the snippet? I think cower now and flee suits the situation better personally
