Hemorrhoids (bawasir) also known as piles (bawaseer), are swollen veins in your anus and lower rectum, similar to varicose veins. Hemorrhoids or Piles can be external and internal. Although hemorrhoids (bawasir) can be unpleasant and painful, they are easily treated and very preventable.
The most common symptoms of piles (bawaseer ki alamat) are bleeding, irritation, pain or discomfort, swelling around anus and painful bowel movement. The major causes of hemorrhoids (bawasir) are chronic constipation, family history of piles or sitting for a long time on the toilet.
The treatment for piles or hemorrhoids (bawasir) depends upon the patient's condition. To minimize pain piles (bawaseer) patients can take over the counter medicine like cream or ointment. Also, patients can add fiber in their diet, it softens the stools and makes them move through your body more easily.
