In fact using the land to catch what falls on it, now thats smart, so why are ppl whom are blocking and restricting water flow in creeks rivers and causeways, saying this fella showed them how. ! You all in this mess because you believed money was more important than generations of life.
i understand much of what he is talking about, but this is horribly presented for someone who doesn't know the basics of what he is saying. It sounds to me like he is talking about "berm and swale on contour".

To make stable the underground water table you people need to make small rain water storage dams and lakes in the upper and lower areas.
