Me either because I remember a while ago I had seen someone had posted the runaway girls model outside of the game so you could get an in depth look at her and yes she does bare some resemblances to six but take each of their hairs for example six has some kind of Bob haircut while the runaway girls is longer plus theres the scene in the DLC where the runaway kid got captured by the janitor and you could very clearly see six to the left and also six didn't really carry around a torch the entire game she/he jad a lighter and if you really want an answer the runaway girl presumably died from the leeches because right before you find the torch the runaway girl had, you see black drag marks on the ground and on the wooden boards you see one small handprint
