- Today we start by mounting electric fans, washer fluid tank with pump, door sill plates, and tidying wiring. Then move into mocking up the rear bumper and mounting the new XF Off-road XF222 20x12 wheels with the Sailun 35x12.50R20 mud tires. Finally we paint a few K10 and Duramax pieces and get them ready to install. Like and subscribe for more content like this!
Truck looks awesome! You are doing an awesome job with the k10. Hopefully I’ll get to start working on my K5 soon.
More air pressure is needed for clear coat. The higher pressure breaks the clear up into smaller particles and will lay down nicer. I painted my 79 k10 with a harbor freight black widow gun and run the clear at 38 psi at the gun
Material knob limited or wide open?
Half a turn in from wide open, and bring the fan down just a touch

i would have ran the square tube all the way across the bumper instead of just the 4 or so inches
Couldn’t do that, trailer plug would run into it

I don’t remember the actual code, but it is Sacre Blue, a newer GM color for the new trucks
@@bradenrein Thanks Braden. I have like 10 different blue colors picked out. I like the new Northsky blue too, but that must be a pearl multistage paint. Trying to stay away from the pearl paint $$$

Bro do your side marker lights flash when you hit the turn signals I really want my truck to do that for safety since there isn’t any way to show oncomeing traffic that your turning on my k10
They do that from factory. They are wired to do that
