This situation was ultimately caused by one person, that been the car driver, and be sides been an absolute idiot, he was also the aggressor, What is important here is the clear lack of common sense by this driver and his obvious enjoyment and want for the inccident to excerlate so that he could grab at the slightest reason to prove what a small little man he was by acting in such a vile and innappropriate manner, which was always gonna result in the cyclist having the upper hand leagally, and ultimately physically too it appears. karma at its best. What a dick head, I feel sorry for the young lad who had to sit there and feel embarrassed about his dad kicking off like the idiot he has plainly been all his life
