Dopamine/Dobutamine are inotropes rather than vasopressors... isn’t it. Adrenaline/Noradrenaline/Vasopressin are vasopressors. In sepsis, 1) Noradrenaline 2)Adrenaline 3) Vasopressin. If peripheral perfusion is poor, Dobutamine , Dopamine can be added.
