Dopamine/Dobutamine are inotropes rather than vasopressors... isn’t it. Adrenaline/Noradrenaline/Vasopressin are vasopressors.
In sepsis, 1) Noradrenaline 2)Adrenaline 3) Vasopressin. If peripheral perfusion is poor, Dobutamine , Dopamine can be added.

mam new mneumonic for qsofa : "HAT" Hypotension- Altered mental status- Tachypnea
"HAT is always available on head hence Quick" (no need lab parameters)
