There's a pretty neat mod that adds Tails in the actual game. Also yeah no idea why they didn't, it's like how Metal Knuckles would work great as a replacement for the Sonic battle when playing as Knuckles in Sonic 3. (Got the idea from a AIR mod but still) (Btw there's one for Metal Knuckles as well that goes well if you have the Knuckles mod) I just think there could have been a lot more done with both of them, even tiny things like that would be nice to see.
I love this! This animation was quite an interesting take with Tails and the Sonic CD plot. Very original. Loved that Tails had moments of personality in this too (I could even think of a few more places where it could've happened!) My ONLY two gripes are: (1) Treating the time stones like the chaos emeralds in allowing Tails to achieve a super form and (2) The Eggman voice bits at the end, while clever, didn't feel like they belonged. Overall, AMAZING work! And bonus points for using Mobius. :)
Minus points for using Mobius lmao. It's never been part of the proper game canon, the Time Stone super form is more excusable because its cool as opposed to just getting to clap because "muh mobius"
