Commando is great for procs, he has a 1x rate so every shot he shoots is a solid full chance (for example, other characters have a 0.7x or 0.5x to proc something) so with this in mind and his rapid fire pistols, I usually try and get a proc build for him. Tri-tips, stun grenades, sticky bombs, anything that says chance on hit really is great for him! Throw in a Wii-o-wisp and gasoline for crowd control and atg missiles for extra help!
