    A real blast from the past. I used to take my 2 wild camping in the Lakes at about your son's age. They're now 31 and 27 and camping is second nature to them. So much so that they keep turning up to take my tent and sleeping bag. Bloody freeloaders ! I promise you that you will treasure this video increasingly as the years role by even through the troublesome teenage years. Keep posting, fellah

    Summit Or Nothing, Next generation. ...
    Coen has his Mom's eyes.
    Good thing you let Coen do the navigation, so you didn't wander around and set up camp in some forbidden zone.

    Summit or Nothing Next Generation...lol! He did a good job mind and a great place to climb on the rocks. Well done Don on the exact measures of milk and water, as well as being a good idea, I may try that with pasta next time. That sky was amazing, the colors were brilliant and what a great time - lapse. I have tried the alcohol stoves before but not a fan to be fair but at least the bairn had a good feed before bed. Yea it probably was. I've seen a few posts about the fox now, tearing into tents sometimes. Luckily he didn't come back. Cheers for watching.

    What have you got against Little Staple Tor? :-) There's a wonderful rock basin on its summit.

    I want to get that tent. Clip the inner to outside pegs on the corners with the elastic.

    • @SummitOrNothing
      @SummitOrNothing 5 років тому

      It's a good tent. And that was how I set it out the first time,but it sagged like hell. A few extra pegs and a little extra effort give a lot more peace of mind. Thanks for watching
