Can’t wait to get a Blackbird. Starting with a carbureted 98’, will be coming from an R3, and FZ6. Wanted something other than the Hayabusa, and I love the SR-71. 👌🏼
@@itchythrottle3304 Thanks for the quick response. Rnd 1 street series? I haven't drag raced at a drag strip in a competitive event since the late 80s. I still just enjoy drag racing ( 4 wheeled and 2 wheeled vehicles) for the enjoyment and to test myself. I have been drag racing at official drag strips since 1977 when I owned a ( then new) 1977 Kawasaki KZ 1000. I've tried to keep every time card/slip since then which currently has amounted to at least 1000 hurried trips down the strip. Don't care for 1/8th tracks and I've only raced at 2. I have raced at 4 significant 1/4 mile tracks here in the US. I look forward to racing my 2002 model this coming warm weather as soon as this extensive project is done. Good luck with it and keep the events shown here on UA-cam!
Good afternoon, please tell me, when revving and resetting at revs and at idle, the temperature jumps by two or three degrees + - immediately, when releasing gas in a big direction, and also when dialing down. 2006 1100xx
My friend has the 1999 bird and I didn't like the look of the Busa so I went ZZR1400 :) Absolute missile! Looks better too. In my opinion of course :) The bird for it's year and looks is a really nice bike too. I've ridden both obviously with m8 having the bird but the Big Z is a different class of machine and the power and torque is dif level.

отлично валит для стокового мотоцикла !
Drop the clutch from 5k on launch you’ll gain another second
Agreed. You need to rev to at least 5k before launching. You should be doing low 10's.
Gracias por permitir ver este video tengo una black bird ano 2000 y me gustaría comprarle repuestos dónde puedo conseguirlos gracias

shifting too early I can see how the 2004-2005 ZX10R could smoke this bike in the 1/4 mile
trap speed should be around 140 ish
Better than hayabusa
