The Heavens are open - without tithing (John 1, 51)! It is the work of the Lord Jesus Christ by grace! He said, "From now on (= from the very day when Jesus spoke that word) you will see the heaven open and the angels going up and down on the Son of man"(John 1, 51). Where is Jesus now? On the right hand of His father in Heaven, all right, but also in the heart of the believer (e.g. John 14, 20). So the angels go up and down on you too. They surround you. This is absolutely in harmony with what other scriptures say about the Lord, you and angels. Believe Jesus - He Himself opened the heaven for you! He payed for you. It is His work! Take it as a free gift. Today, in the church age you don't have to pay tithes in order to get the doors of heaven open! - Much more important than to give a lot of money away is to pray for your brothers and sisters, for the government and for your enemies (1.
