"Im not sorry, im dirty" plays in with the "keep on talking we don't play by the rules". Someone who doesn't play by the rules are considered dirty players. Stray kids are also a group who don't make music that'll please kpop fans, they create and do whatever they want. So if someone doesn't like their music, they're not sorry. These boys don't play by the rules and don't try to suck up to those who dislike their music. That's why they're so popular and successful, cos us STAYs respect that. 😤
As amazing as they are, they still get haters. They’re actually very humble and really sweet guys. They make songs for the fans too.I guess I should thank the haters sometimes because it makes skz have more fire songs lol. They’ve already won a bunch of awards now
Another interpretation for “I’m not sorry, i’m dirty” here imo means they are not sorry for exploring new ideas in music and working hard creating music by themselves (as in getting your own hands dirty). It’s their very own and they’re proud of it. The whole Thunderous song is talking abt how some people have been doubting them/ questioning their type of music (lyrics: “all eyes on the thunderous ones are freezing cold but we’ll burn forever”). And usually these people are bandwagoners who love some musicians bcs they’re popular, and hate on other artists who have different/ unique type of music.
YEAH welcome back and what a better way to do it than with an Stray Kids mv, Damn this video is insanely good My God I really love it the choreography, the rap, they way it goes from fast and strong to slow and then fast again I love it
They went absolutely crazy on this album♥️ your videos are so clear drop the skin care routine 🧍🏽 And I’m happy good things are happening for your career I wish you all the success 😌 They have stylist that dress them for their MV’s and I believe even for events I dunno if you want an explanation for the MV concept but there are theories. I’m not Korean but I did research from Korean reaction channels and about Korean traditions so don’t take my word 100% and if I am incorrect please correct me. The theory is about goblins. dokkaebi is a goblin with many abilities that can intervene with humans. They can bring positive or negative fortune for humans. Treat them nice they’ll be nice 10 fold or treat them bad and they’ll be bad ten fold. Dokkaebi’s are known to be seen with blue dancing fire and they’re known to have fun, drinking, and playing tricks. So the concept can be interpreted as stray kids being these goblins and clapping back at the haters while protecting stays(skz fans). Stray kids wore traditional Korean clothing I believe is called called hanbok (styled it to modern clothing) and the clothing they wore is similar to drawings of goblins in the folklores. They also filmed in a rule area to match the folklore/concept. Some things a lot of people miss is the transition from Felix to hyunjin. The book hyunjin is holding is a comic of felix’s last pose before the transition to the next part. In changbin’s second verse he was speaking a Korean dialect that usually only older Korean people speak. And a lot of people ask what does jutdae mean, and it’s a skz inside joke bc they call changbin jutdae meaning principles. Changbin is nicknamed “the man of principles”. Lastly, this was fun to do research on bc it’s so beautiful. Sorikkun meaning the vocalist/singer. The word all together if you Break it down, means to tell a story and sing to an audience. This is important bc they use a traditional style called pansori which is a genre of musical story telling. Pansori singers imitate nature’s sound through their voice with the use of tradition Korean instruments and drums. They describe themselves as master singers after they study these sounds and master them. The theory of stray kids using pansori as a concept is related to thunderous bc they use the sound of thunder as an adlib in the song so it can be interpreted that they mastered the sound of thunder. Sorry if this got long but it was exciting to see people use their tradition as a concept and incorporate it into their own style. I’m proud of these boys for thinking so far ahead and giving us quality content so it was only right I did some research. I’m also proud bc they basically wrote and produced this whole album themselves. They usually do but stray kids are insane. 😮💨
He's love for them is really amazing. I just love how hyped he gets when each scene comes on♥️
