My wife and I will be spending 4 weeks in Thailand this October. My wife is originally from Bangkok. We met in Thailand in 1972, and she moved to the US and we were married in 1973. This December we will be celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. As a gift to ourselves we are going back to where it all started. Much of the time will be spent with relatives near Hua Takhe, and we will also be spending time in both Chiang Rai and on Railay Beach. I haven't been back to Thailand in roughly 35 years, and it's been about 8 for my wife.
We thoroughly enjoy your work. Keep the videos coming. If we see you on the street we'll be sure to say Hey.

Mickey, sometimes I miss Thailand and I watch your videos.. Sometimes i am eating alone and you keep me company while i eat, cause your videos are interesting and always involve some food and good social interactions. Don't think too much about evolving to grow, just keep doing what you do. evolution and ideas will come along the way, they cant be forced and turn out good. The best changes come naturally. And stay positive! Congratulations on 300k! i remember ~30k, was around that time i discovered you.
17:30 gosh... Bkk has fried Cempedak. We call it Cempedak in Malaysia. It's very tasty. Yeah, it looks like jackfruit but it is not. The fruit is softer then it smell stronger. Very tasty to do deep fried 🤤🤤
In Thai we call Jampada 😂 (Champada)

Bonjour merci pour cette belle vidéo. Nous vivons à Koh Samui depuis 5 mois,dans un quartier pas du tout touristique et nous nous régalons. Nous avons sympathisé avec plusieurs personnes Thaï au marché, c'est formidable et la nourriture est excellente.
Nous allons passer 4 jours à Bangkok la semaine prochaine et on ira faire un tour sur ce marché.

it is jack fruit but smaller like what you said...in Singapore we call champeda..almost sound alike in Thai language...and its seeds can be eaten..this fruit is sticky too

Love your interaction with Thai people, reminds me when I was young and lived at the end of Sukhumvit 71, used to have lunch at the Mall at Ramkhamhaeng.
20 bath at the food court for lunch and about 15 bath if you went for the street food.
I see that it is still amazingly cheap to eat around Ramkhamhaeng 😊
