I came across a talk by Anand Giridharadas on UA-cam where he also commended this work and took it a step further. This could be a model for many other areas in the US. I'm sure someone of the stature (not just physically) of LeBron has already thought of this. It's a monumental task but I believe it's in keeping with LeBron's abilities.
